Hi Kirin, as with everything, elections are reflection of our collective consciousness but also mirror showing us what is active in us, and it's time to be surrendered. So, thank Trump for showing you what energies are active in you: so you listed disappointment, anger, frustration, judgment (negative, misogynistic, horrible), "I’m trying to cope"(desperation), "maybe there’s a timeline where Trump is elected yet we somehow thrive, or things happen down the line and the order is restored" (lack of acceptance/potential issue with control aka resistance). Indeed, he is a catalyst. Thank him for showing you how you feel and what you have active in you. And then, surrender it if you choose so and align with your Higher Self. The funniest thing in all this is that huge reason why Trump won is because the opposite side throw an incredible amount of hate onto him, thus gave him power. Also, there is an option you and other who clearly don't like Trump ask yourself for real "what is good in all this"? Believe it or not, Trump actually did some good stuff, and there is a high chance he will do some things we all might consider as really good. It;s also true that Obama who won Noble prize for peace, actually bombed 9 countries and innocent civilians. But, my intention is not to go political here too much...just to point out that this catalyst is awesome! It gives an opportunity to people to see things more clearly.

True. From my experience realizing your unwanted belief and choosing the new one stays just as an idea where we still act in an old way. From my experience, it's because old emotions (energy) are still in the body which is really subconscious mind. So, basically we can do several things: 1. Acknowledge and feel what we need to feel see it clearly, surrender and ask higher mind to release it 2. Practice as you said. Here I find hypnosis and meditations + affirmations to be amazing tools. They are also form of experiental yoga where our body is getting used on new feels and energies. The moment body (subconscious) expeience it as real, even it's the result of imagination it becomes real. In other words, we finally act in integrity according to a new chosen belief.

It's a manifestation of conscuousness itself...it's wild that I've seen pretty much this in that exercise, then as a prompt I put part of Elan's session/transcription "You do create your whole entire reality and the portion of that reality that you do not take responsibility for, you deny. The ideas that you deny, you then store or, shall we say, put away into the unconscious or subconscious. Perhaps you can call it the subconscious closet." and then I got this image :-) I often experience this stuff with AI.

So, in this session, during the visualization, when I opened my closet I saw the entire universe. It was overwhelming—it's as if I confronted the vastness of all that's been hidden, denied, or repressed, which can feel limitless, like the universe itself. I def felt fear and started imagining the drain lol. Today, I was playing in Midjourney, and from the first attempt I got the artwork that is very similar to what I've seen during the visualization. Still not sure how to "lighten" this up lol

DISCERNMENT. This session finally gave me some answers I was hoping to get. Thank you!

If actively engaging with the wars is not in our excitement, how do we define it so there isn't a contradicting definition of, "I want to follow my excitement, but I am a bad person if I am not actively engaging with the war(s)"? This is tricky, isn't it? To be a human is to inherit (some more, some less) and be part of human consciousness that is full of fear, pain, suffering and conflict. So, we cannot really get rid off it. We will either see it, or feel it, and some like me experience actual wars and conflicts. You don't need to engage in wars. You can engage in peace that is the result/a born preference out of seeing and acknowledging war, suffering, pain. At the end of the day, compassion, wisdom/education and love is what is needed in this dream. There are many actions that can come out of that belief and emotional state. Healed mind is in a state of Love, Presence, and Compassion, not in a state of war, pain, suffering and immersed in fear and illusion.

I love this practice! I used it as inspiration for one of my hypnotic scripts I created for a client that had a severe fear of stage fright, public speaking, holding presentations...it was magical and very effective!

Ok cool! But I would def go with presenting who are people talking, why they are doing it, how they discovered Elan, and then discussing one idea at the time but truly organically and going deeper and more loving so to speak because that's what grounds the information. But, that's just me....I think you should always follow your excitement!

Ok, being a person who works in marketing, I have to ask who is the target audience/who we are communicating here and what is the goal? It was hard for me personally to listen smoothly because normal human dialogue isn't so smooth, clean and fast ,it has lots of "like" or "hmm", organic stuff and energy flows differently. This format felt "too much on my brain" like preaching, like a block of thoughts that need to be unpacked, processed. It's high beta state, and informations are best absorbed in alpha and deeper brain waves and for that a little bit slower tempo, slow motion (be it audio/almost meditation or even meditation script based on Elan's teachings, artsy, creative slow motion video , etc). I think that each block of this great thoughts should go deeper and deeper into 1 idea in a truly organic way so it can be grounded and embodied. On the other hand, this sounds like an amazing lesson on "human nature" in some New Earth school and some new subjects teaching kids on consciousness, it's nature, etc. I dream about that type of grounding in physical reality for years!
