Hello all. This post is inspired by Elan’s teachings about OWNING our life exactly as it/we are right NOW, as it uniquely pertains to diet and lifestyle. 💃🏼🥳 For all those equally passionate about food and nutrition on our bountiful Planet Earth.. come on over, make your self comfortable. Take a glimpse into some more of my 4d expanded being here...
I find myself eating and drinking lighter and lighter as my vibration becomes higher and higher - sticking to two meals a day, one snack no later than 7pm
Oxygenation, hydration, movement, detoxification
Drinking one to two quarts (~2L) of water daily
Drinking electrolytes (supercharge), wheatgrass and spirulina (chlorophyll), ACV + lemon water (acidify before fattier meals)
Eating 7-10 cups of leafy greens daily; no more than 2 cups of raw cruciferous vegetables
Daily intermittent fasting (IF) plus eating less frequently between meals
Maximizing nutrient absorption and autophagy (fasting + detox)
Daily IF (16:8; i.e. 7pm-11am) plus monthly 24+ hr dry fast
Break-Fast - gentle not too acidic rather bland not overly sweet fruit (i.e. avocado, berries) or juice (i.e. celery); keep to a very light diet for that first day implementing just fruit or juice, vegetarian-vegan dietary protocol for the first day to two days after breaking the fast, then eggs or fish on the second day
Eating intentionally - focused on quality, nutrition, and pairing
Clean Keto (<50g net carbs/day) - whole foods (leafy greens and vegetables, fruits, eggs), gluten-free, sugar-free, mostly dairy-free, organic diet; alkaline water, wild-caught fish (sockeye salmon, cod liver, shrimp), occasional grass-fed beef
Cheese, in some instances the ‘raw’ variety
Fermented (sauerkraut, kimchi), pickled (olives) and cultured (kefir, cottage cheese, A2/A2 organic 100% grass-fed whole milk dairy)
Manuka honey and seasonal fruit (citrus, pomegranate, stone fruit, melons, kiwi, papaya, dragonfruit) in moderation
Occasional sugar-free chocolate, cacao nibs; pork rinds, Parmesan cheese crisps
Seeds - pumpkin seeds and flaxseed during follicular phase; sunflower and sesame/hemp during luteal phase
Nuts - macadamias, walnuts, pecans, almonds
Carrot, squash (spaghetti, zucchini), mushrooms (so many fun varieties to choose from!), eggplant, green beans, onion, asparagus, tomatoes (heirloom and cocktail are my fav)
The main point (emotional symbolism): Lightness. Fluidity. Agility. Simplified. Streamlined (slim, lean, toned, fit). Wholesome. Balanced. Nurturing. Nourishing. Fulfilling. Enhancing. Empowering. Unlimited (and yes, even a low-carb diet can be/feel fun, creative, satisfying, and limitless- if you let it / align with it 😉)
Switched to organic coffee beans just recently in the past year (LOVE coffee, esp. w/ a splash of heavy cream 😋)
Switched to keto-friendly Rebel ice cream
Switched to plant-based Simply Delish jello (reflecting lightness and transparency of being; YUM; highly rec. the peach and strawberry flavors)
Switched to Marine/Multi Collagen Chocolate Powder (in place of hot cocoa)
Homemade sunflower seed butter (in place of peanut butter)
Homemade chia dumpling bread (egg and nut free)
Homemade keto goodies (made with coconut flour, sunflower seed flour, almond flour, golden flaxmeal)
Tofu shirataki noodles, miracle noodles, kelp noodles (in place of traditional pasta and noodles)
Proudly supporting regenerative agriculture, Non-GMO Project, Fair Trade and B Corp through selective purchases
Mind you, this is coming from someone who grew up eating Pierogi (Polish dumplings) amongst other traditional Polish dishes her entire youth. 😆 My holistic "transformation” did not just happen overnight. It’s been a journey, one full of honest self-discovery and self-exploration. Oh, what fun it is to be a 4d Earther. To actively CHOOSE in any given moment to be precisely who we PREFER to BE/FEEL. I’m merely reflecting just ONE optional way of be-ing here, naturally.
If it excites you, take a moment to tell us about your diet/lifestyle in the comments below. All kinds of diets/lifestyle, and therefore all kinds of preferences, mindsets and belief systems, are openly welcomed and fully validated. 😁
I am known as "chili queen", "chili bean", and "bean queen" by many of my friends. LOL
And it's so, actually true. On so many levels it's actually hilarious, how deep and multidimensional this is, how many reasons why. But for real, truly... I am the Bean Queen.
I LOVE beans. I love all the things you can make with beans. They're so diverse, they're so wonderful, they're colorful — and they feel like me hahaha!!
Aside from that I'm not sure tbh, I don't have a diet really! I'm slowly but surely picking up new recipes, learning how to cook for myself — I wasn't taught how so I've been just gently increasing my menu and comfortability in the kitchen. When learning something new, I'm generally attracted to vegan/vegetarian meals, I almost never cook meat myself. I love yummy, full, nutritious looking meals full of veggies and made in fun ways.
But I also love certain energetic things about fast food and the fast food experience; having grown up American I ate a lot of those things and have extremely fond memories and energies associated with them. I feel this association between those foods like my favorite burgers and sandwiches with people I love, things I love, energies I love. I associate all foods I love with these things — it is the same with beans 😄. Each one has a specific energy to me and relates to different aspects of myself.
I sometimes think that at some point I'm just gonna naturally try a vegan way of eating. Not yet, though!
I love food for the feeling, the rich multidimensional sense of what foods and flavors can connect to, in an almost artistic way. I love the feeling of candies and the feeling of veggies. The vibration of certain soft drinks and the role theu've played in my life; late nights playing games eating jalapeno chips and drinking a root beer I snuck into my room, that was the absolute BEST!!! It isn't the same now, I don't experience a desire to do that — I'm more attracted overall to holistic foods and more natural stuff. But I will occasionally eat a sandwich, eat a burger. Usually if they're brought to me, I'm out with family and there's no other option but to eat nothing, or if I'm connecting with a friend about a restaurant we both love and I decide to go there.
I felt before kind of discontent with my diet and felt like oh God I really am not meant to eat anything unhealthy or else I'm failing nyself as a spiritual being. Now, I don't see it that way. I like my all inclusive path, as I continue to venture into whatever energetic realms and food relationships I end up being most attracted to!! Again, maybe vegan is on my path? Maybe just heavier on veggies but not veggie exclusive like Mediterranean types of eating? Idk! I'm just exploring and wandering the halls of amazing food for now ^^.
I love all the lifestyles that are shared here; beautiful and valid, so here is mine. I eat what I desire, because if I desire it, then, since all things are neutral, all is transmuted by knowingness. I eat salads, LOVE fries, LOVE coke zero (hahaha) and chocolate cake. Any bread product is also right up my alley. Meat I do not prefer, so stick with vegetarian. Awesome variety of salads as well, but really no special diet. I do however, eat once a day as I really don't ever feel "hungry" so I just do it for the experience and pleasure of it. Drink water maybe a glass a day, no more really but enjoy coffee with soy milk. Be in joy in what you do and all is transmuted, but always honouring beliefs and knowing that there is no one size fits all.
I'm in perfect health btw 😉
Sending unconditional love to all my fellow explorers.
Eat, drink and be merry for in a very real sense we eat the world as it eats us and we love it all.
I've been through many phases in my gustatory journey and could share many tales. I love exploring different cuisines and flavors. I was veg for many years but do not ascribe to any set diet lately. I am aware of nutrition, vibrations and life force within foods and basically follow my excitement when it comes to food. I'm into cooking big time. Love the alchemy of it. Spices and herbs both as food and medicine interest me a lot. Used to be big into juicing and sprouting seeds and grains.
Yes, sure are lots of beliefs surrounding sustenance and the eating of food. I learned some interesting concepts in how TCM regards food since it is one of the sources of vital chi and can act in a medicinal sense.
Give me a plate of Indian appetizers and I'll be very happy.
Reading through this makes me curious and excited! I loooove cooking my own meals! I especially love incorporating, lots of potatoes with greens like peas into mashed potato! (I learnt it is quite an English dish!) I would say my diet is quite rich in proteins; I love beef and chicken! But I don't like seafood 😂 I love to get lots of outdoor activities mixed in too! Breathing in lots of air, getting that oxygen through my body! Only liquid I ever drink is water, nothing else, and tons of it! I looove it! A bit of Magnesium also helps me a lot as well! 😎😄
Thank you for this great post! I will also share a little. ^-^
I'm a vegetarian for a long time already but I often eat vegan as well. I usually go by what makes my body feel the best which is less processed foods, more vegetables and fruits and also drinking a lot of water and different teas. I like nettle tea, peppermint tea and ginger tea. ^-^ I suggest using a fresh ginger root and peppermint leaves because it tastes so much more intense and lively. 😊 I often mix some vegetable juices together. Or red beet juice together with orange juice. ♥ There is also a tasty salad which contains red beet with apple pieces and walnuts. I love weightlifting and hiking so I make sure my diet is rich in protein. Something that's also important to me is to eat raw vegetables and if I cook them I cook them really shortly so they keep the crunch. To me that feels more energetic. 😄
Quite an amazing exchange people! Here's a brief reflection:
Very similar to Julia in the eating less category. Once I started fasting 24 hrs monthly and regular intermittent fasting I felt better in general. I actually enjoy the feeling of being a bit more hungry
But most importantly, self-care is what I cherish. Of course food goes along with that, but truly being conscious throughout the day of the things I do just for me. I've even started a diary to document what I did in the day that I'm excited about....and it's interesting how we're so ingrained to do things for others (especially relevant for empaths) that it's not actually as easy as it sounds. But of course, that too, is a belief 😁. So let's say, it's pretty simple to 'decide' to do it, and then just do it. So that's where I'm at right now... 😊
This is a great topic to interact about. It has a lot of really interesting facets reflecting from it, and also generally a lot of passion attached to our chosen facets. While Bashar apparently recommends a certain diet, Elan does not. He comments on many of the aspects that Julia mentions in terms of qualities of foods, but never recommends anything that implies that "one size fits all." We were actually very surprised when we heard that Bashar made such a recommendation, as well as other recommendations about supplements. These entities sometimes have difference things that they emphasize, in addition to their unified core concepts.
Julia's reflections are a high frequency. Her reflections and reasons stated are all sound and a truth. If we're interpreting correctly, she is saying that as she lightens up, her eating is also lightening up, as a result, automatically. The quality of the food matches the quality of her experience. Then she gives many lovely examples.
And Stefan's reply, also has validity and is a truth. He is saying, we chose to be here, there are unique things to explore while we're here, some of these are foods unavailable in other realities, and he enjoys relishing all of the available options, trusting his excitement to sort out the details.
Where this discussion gets really interesting is that it allows us to dig deeper into belief systems. A system of beliefs centers around the primary belief, which then attracts around it peripheral or supporting beliefs, forming a belief system.
Remembering that we contain ALL beliefs and their opposite. and we express one or the other, allows us to always easily take inventory of our expressed beliefs, keep the ones we like, and transform the ones that no longer serve us.
One of the fundamental primary beliefs is, "Reality exists within me, and is projected from me." It's reciprocal is, "I exist within an outer objective reality." This is one of the first primary belief forks in the road of our consciousness when we project into physical reality, around which we build the rest of our belief system. We are all always expressing one or the other, some individuals may vacillate between expressing the two.
Those of us that choose to express that "reality exists within us and is projected from us" have peripheral or subsidiary beliefs surrounding that primary belief. For instance, though we're expressing that "we project our reality," a set of supporting, peripheral beliefs can be divergent from one another. One set of supporting beliefs is the belief that "even though reality exists within me, there are parameters that I agreed to which shape my manifestations and experience."
An example would be those who say that we need to upgrade our DNA to accommodate our raised frequency of consciousness. Another, more concrete example is, "I still need to exercise in order for my body to be strong and healthy." Another example is, "In order to express a higher frequency and raise my conscious awareness, I must align with certain physical symbols in my life." For example, "In order for me to have a lightness of consciousness, I must eat in a certain light way."
Another set of supporting beliefs, the ones that Julia's seems to be expressing are, "as I shift my consciousness, my physical habits will effortlessly and synchronistically shift to reflect my change in consciousness." Julia feasts on symbols that are her version of physical symbols that celebrate her expression at a high frequency and having the corresponding perfect sustenance.
Another set of supporting beliefs can be, "as I shift my consciousness, I can still avail myself of the unique 3D options that I incarnated on Earth to explore, which bring me joy, which society may say are "bad" for me, but I now enjoy them in a spiritual and revelatory way, with reverence (we're assuming) and integrity." Stefan still gets bacon, hotdogs and McDonalds.
All of these beliefs are true. They are all explorations, they are all valid. When you buy into and express any of these, you get those results 100%. It's not a matter of which is right or wrong. These are different options for the expression of our Infinite consciousness into a linear physical experience.
It's so easy and joyous to interact in a community such as this where we can revel in one another, observe and examine a variety of unique perspectives, and of course, have different versions of a ... feast ... in the process. A feast of ideas, a feast of food, with a lovely cappuccino for dessert. I take mine with a little sugar and sip it slowly.
Also, we (I 😉) would love to hear your unique story.. how do you relate? What stood out? What’s new? Anything new you’re willing to try out? WHY do you choose to live the lifestyle that you’re currently living? Were you raised on such a diet/lifestyle? If not, what changed? Do not hesitate to go deep in this space, if you feel so inclined. I’m all ears. 🤗
