Greetings this morning of your time as you create time to exist.
Allow me to entitle this interaction ‘Acknowledgement and Denial - The Drain’.
Understand the following, to begin with as a foundational idea. You are, each and every one of you, one whole complete consciousness.
Many times due to how you have been taught in this reality, you, within this wholeness divide yourself up into portions. Many times a percentage of these portions are, shall we say, used to tuck things away that you do not wish to face. Many times you will refer to this as what you sometimes call the subconscious or unconscious mind.
You do create your whole entire reality and the portion of that reality that you do not take responsibility for, you deny. The ideas that you deny, you then store or, shall we say, put away into the unconscious or subconscious. Perhaps you can call it the subconscious closet.
Some individuals will store so many things that perhaps it is more the size of a large room. You cannot truly keep anything in the closet for too long before it will then begin to knock upon the door of the closet. When you answer the door, so to speak, as an analogy and confront the idea that emerges from it, you then acknowledge that idea and allow it to be free from that closet.
Therefore, you can say that denial fills the closet and acknowledgement allows it to empty. The form that these ideas are in, within the closet are your beliefs, your belief systems. As you have perhaps heard, your personality is comprised of three aspects, your beliefs, emotions, and mentality or thoughts.
Most often, when things knock on the door from within the closet to present themselves to you for approval, so to speak, they do so in the emotional form. Remember that emotions do not exist within a vacuum. You do not simply feel this way or feel that way.
Your feelings are always a result or a direct response to a belief. Each moment that you experience is unique and contains whatever parameters are within that particular moment. When your beliefs present themselves in the form of emotion, they do so within a certain situation or circumstance with very specific parameters.
In general, because these are denied beliefs, non-preferred beliefs, they will result in emotions which you do not prefer. All one need do when an emotion presents itself in any given moment is ask themselves, in this moment, with what is right here, in the timing of this moment, what must I believe to feel this way? If you are very specific in asking yourself this question and allowing yourself to see, again, what is right in front of you while you are feeling this, you will then almost always in that moment present the belief to yourself, if you are honest with yourself. When you establish the belief, if you choose to deny that belief, it goes back into the closet.
Here is the key. If you are willing to acknowledge the belief, once you have established it, it does not need to go back into the closet. Once you own or acknowledge a belief, only then can you change it.
You already, when you believe something, feel, think, and act that way, and this is what creates the effect of any belief. When you acknowledge a belief, you equalize it to all other beliefs within you. Once you equalize them, you then have equal access to choose any belief, particularly one that you prefer, perhaps.
Once you acknowledge a belief and decide that you do not prefer it, you can call forth a preferred belief or choice within you, remembering that as you believe, so you feel, so you think, and then you act, you can extrapolate in your imagination or extend to your imagination how the new belief would feel and how you would then think and act with it.
You are physical beings choosing a physical expression, and though the belief thought in actions set up the foundation, it is ultimately the action that you perform with that foundational belief that creates the physical reality. Therefore, when you establish the new preferred belief and allow yourself in saying it or speaking it to feel it and think that way, your imagination will show you how one with the new belief would act.
If you choose to act this way, you can only get the effect of that belief. Therefore, once you acknowledge the old belief and then decide to choose the new belief, when you then establish those actions and perform those actions, you once again get the effect of the new belief. You already create this way, and all we are suggesting is moving your perspective a little bit over to acting according to the preferential belief.
In accessing the subconscious closet, you may wish in that sense to not, shall we say, open the door and let them out all at once. Therefore, using your imagination as a tool, you can create within the closet a drain. This is only a symbolic analogy but will allow you to begin to empty that closet at a comfortable rate.
Therefore, just for a moment, close your eyes and create within your imagination, your version, your idea in symbolic terms of your own closet. Note, if you will, the size of the closet. Allow yourself once again, perhaps in the center of the floor, so to speak, of the closet to create a drain that will allow the emptying of the closet at whatever rate and timing you find most desirable.
You do not need, again, to create despair at emptying the closet if you feel this occurs too quickly, because you can always fill it again with more denial. But perhaps you will wish not to do so. Once you have created this idea, you may once again open your eyes.
Now, here is what you may expect from this point forward: emotions will come up, some of which may again seem non-preferential or non-preferred. Because you have total control, you can once again deny them, returning them to the closet, or perhaps decide to acknowledge that emotion by allowing yourself to feel it.
Perhaps if it is a negative emotion, you may wish to sit down or perhaps allow yourself to be alone, it is up to you. The more that you allow yourself to feel the emotion, dive into the emotion, the easier it will be to establish the belief behind it.
You may ask yourself once again, what must I believe to feel this way in this exact situation? A belief will then come forth and be obvious. Your willingness to acknowledge that belief, once you have established it, perhaps you can say, well, I do believe that. Again, allows you to choose the new belief, and then you may establish what it is you prefer to believe.
By creating the preferred you in your imagination, and handing over the preferred belief, you may watch how that new you will act with the new belief. You know how you would act with the old belief, now your imagination provides a new set of actions. When you have both sets of actions before you, and have acknowledged the old belief, you have equal access to choose either action.
Because the new belief is representative of the preferred you, in general, it will be most desirable or preferable to choose those actions, but they are all before you on one table now. If you feel that these emotions begin to occur too quickly, and perhaps seem to overwhelm you, you may recreate the closet in your imagination and make the drain smaller. If you act according to the new preferred belief, you can only get the effect of the preferred belief, which is a preferred effect.
As you begin to perform actions according to your preferred beliefs, those results replace the old non-preferred results and momentum. Therefore, you transform your reality very quickly and completely across the board. These are the simple keys to transforming your reality into the reality that you prefer through the acknowledgement of the beliefs you no longer prefer.
Is this completely clear? Is anyone there? All right, was that clear? All right, not so clear. We will allow in that sense, for the purposes of the establishment of clarity, for the procession to what you call the sharing. First, allow me to thank you and express my unconditional love and appreciation to you for your willingness to share in unconditional love and acceptance the reality that we now choose to co-create.

At this timing, we thank you all for your willingness to explore the many corridors that you create within the wholeness of your consciousness. As you allow these ideas within what you have considered your subconscious closet to drain out a bit at a time, and upon acknowledging the belief, choose a new belief and act, act, act, move, do, according to the new belief.
All will make sense. All will come together, and you will manifest the reality that you prefer with exactly the same methods that you are manifesting your reality right now. We once again thank you, wish you a most fond and loving good morning, and we'll see you in your dreams.

So, in this session, during the visualization, when I opened my closet I saw the entire universe. It was overwhelming—it's as if I confronted the vastness of all that's been hidden, denied, or repressed, which can feel limitless, like the universe itself. I def felt fear and started imagining the drain lol. Today, I was playing in Midjourney, and from the first attempt I got the artwork that is very similar to what I've seen during the visualization. Still not sure how to "lighten" this up lol
