Thank you to our member Moonlight for this transcript. 🙏❤️ 29 - Your Choice - BASHAR-ELAN (previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this evening of your time as you create time to exist? [inaudible] Thank you very much. We'll begin this interaction this evening of your time with the entitlement, “Your Choice”. Recognize one of the ideas that is, shall we say, key in our communications with your civilization is the simple fact that you do indeed create your own reality. This is a term which has become, shall we say, a bit more popular in your civilization. ’Tis not that it is from us, but that sentiment, shall we say, that vibration allows us to communicate with you, for that is the level that we exist upon. We do own and, therefore, consciously create our own reality 100% of the time. The idea being that in order to indeed create your own reality in a conscious way, you must own what it is you have already created. You cannot change what you do not own. And, therefore, by simply owning what you already do create, you allow yourself, then, the opportunity to change it if you so desire. This allows you to determine your preference and then, when creating your reality in a conscious way, allows you to use your preference to create it according to that preference. And then, what happens is you transform the reality into that which you say you desire. Very often when individuals are made aware that they do indeed create their own reality, it sounds very nice, but they wonder how to go about doing so. And the beginning, the key, is owning what you already believe, for when you will be willing to own it, you will then allow yourself the opportunity to change it. So, in a sense, you may say what it is we are about to impart, about to speak about, is in a sense – loosely speaking, in your colloquial language – an introductory chapter, if you will, in that owner's manual of how to create your own reality. And all it is, is a simple suggestion of how you may change your perspective just a bit. Recognize that simply changing your perspective a teeny, little bit can have a grand sweeping change in the reality of your life. It is simple, small perspectives that you automatically create your life with anyway. And therefore by taking hold of them and having some idea about a different way to perceive them, you give yourself a new opportunity to perceive them. Therefore, we will revert in that sense back to the title, “Your Choice”. When you do perceive that your reality is occurring to you and that you are within a world or a reality, you do create the idea you label ‘predicaments’. We wish now to relabel the idea of predicament to the idea of choice. For when you begin to even use that terminology, when you even begin to pre-assume that you are making a choice, you then take back your ability to change that choice, realizing that the thing you are choosing has no more inherent weight than any other choice. Therefore, in that sense, it is always your choice. When you perceive that you have attracted a particular situation – we will no longer use the phraseology predicament – but a situation whereby you normally have a particular reaction: If you will but take a few breaths, relax yourself, become centered and simply reword that this is a choice, you will then give yourself the opportunity to begin to view the other choices. And this is one of the ways when, in the moment, you can change what you perceive to be automatic, habitual reactions. Nothing in that sense can actually force you to have a reaction other than your willingness to perpetuate that by labeling it that way. It is always in any given situation your choice. Now it may seem that, “Why would I choose such a thing?”, but for a long time you have been creating your reality automatically, unconsciously. And there is shall we say some momentum — sort of — behind those ideas. Therefore, when you will begin to change them, it will take but a break in how you perpetuate it. And by looking at anything as, in that moment, a choice, you then give yourself the option of choosing something else, something you may indeed prefer instead. So when a situation comes along that you do not desire, and you are, shall we say, colloquially speaking, about to get upset, you can at that moment – if you are even aware that it is possible – take a few breaths, center yourself and recognize, “I am about to get upset”. That is a choice. “Now that I recognize that I am about to choose to create upset, what are some of the other choices available to me?” It is actually that simple in those situations to go through this wording. Now you may indeed choose to get very upset. Remember, it is always your choice. But you can then look at the other options of other things that are immediately available for you to do. If you will but list – even go through the process of listing – your other choices, and then when looking at all the choices that are actually available to you, choose the one you prefer, the one that excites you the most, you can then avoid that seeming re-action. And instead of having a re-action, you can perform a preferred action. In a sense, what you label re-action is actually an action that you have labeled to be out of your control, and it is not. All emotions are, anyway, are, in a loose sense, re-actions to belief systems. So if you are feeling a particular emotion, it is not that that is your lot in life. It is that you have a belief which, within the situation you are in, is causing you to create a corresponding emotion. You can work it backwards the other way. You can — now that you recognize that emotions are but re-actions to a belief — when you have the emotion, question yourself, “What must I be believing to be having this emotion?” This is one of the easiest and simplest ways to nail down your current beliefs. As we began by saying, you can only change it if you own it. So the first step will always be to own, to admit to yourself what it is you do believe. For then, you allow yourself the opportunity to change it by recognizing that it is a choice to believe. When you function from the perspective that seeing is believing, that does not take into consideration that the actual mechanism is that believing is seeing. What you believe, you will see. So you will always get the evidence to support any belief system that you have. By changing your belief system, the evidence will change if you will allow it to, for everything is created in that order. Therefore, it is always your choice and not ‘something happening to you’. In actuality, the mechanism is that you create life through you, from you. You are not within a reality. The reality is being projected, paradoxically, from you. And the paradox is that it seems to be happening from each and every one of you, and it actually is. You are finite beings. You are expressions of consciousness that are exploring the idea of finiteness. The overwhelming, overall nature of God — or what we prefer to label All That Is — is infinite, in-finite. And therefore, when choosing to explore being finite, there are certain ideas about infinity which, by definition of that exploration, are difficult, if not, quote, “impossible to understand” from a finite viewpoint. When you do perceive the idea of ‘paradox’, in general, that is ideas — infinite ideas — being interpreted on a finite level. So therefore, from your finite level, it would not seem at all possible that each one of you could be creating the entire universe at the same time, because this is an infinite concept. One of the renderings of finite exploration is what you label, or what we will label, the ‘this or that phenomena’. It has to be ‘this’ or ‘that’: Cannot be both, they are mutually exclusive. That is an exploration. And if you do believe it, you will perceive the this or that perspective. But, an infinite perspective is that, in actuality, it is always this and that, both. Which do you prefer? Therefore, things that have seemed to be mutually exclusive are actually both true. But they are only simply true from the beings or the entities that are within that standpoint. The Ultimate Truth would, by definition, need-be composed of all truths. You cannot leave any one particular truth out, or it would not ultimately be the truth. Therefore, things that seem, in a sense, to be opposite of each other, are simply different expressions that are just as true. This perspective allows you now to validate all realities. If you do not prefer a particular reality — a particular choice, if you will — you do not have to continue the line of thinking to then say, that which you do not prefer stinks. That is simply a perspective. You can simply now say, “I prefer this. I do not prefer that. The thing that I do not prefer is no less valid.” What that does, is give you equality in the ideas. That gives you equal access to exercise your faculty of choice. If one choice has more weight than another, you may be more prone to choose that thing. By validating all realities, you give yourself equal choice of any possibility. By invalidating something, you may think you give it less weight, but in fact, you give it more. You, in that sense, put undue attention upon it and increase its weight. So therefore, by taking the choices that you do not prefer and simply allowing them to be — doesn't mean you need condone them, doesn't mean you need put energy behind them, but allowing them to be their own valid reality — you equalize all choices to give you equal access to anything you choose. Now you can begin to recognize you can choose a life you do prefer. You can only do so, however, by first of all establishing what are your preferences. You may ask, “How does one do so?” Allow us now to impart a very simple way which you present to yourself constantly within your reality, your preference. And this is the idea of your excitement. What you are excited about is a reflection of what it is you chose to be. The emotion, if you will call it that, of excitement, is simply the physicalized translation of the vibratory energy of that which you chose to be in this lifetime. That is why certain things will excite you and not another. Doesn't mean they're crazy, simply means it is indicative of your preference. When we speak about excitement, we speak about using it as an arrow. In any given moment, if you will allow yourself to define what your choices are, and then, not simply choosing any one randomly, but by using that which does excite you from the available choices as the way to proceed, you will be acting as the best you, you can be. That is, again, your higher self indicating to you that you have chosen that thing. If you will begin to do this on a moment-to-moment level, then what begins to happen is you are now being the expression you have chosen to be, most fully, without any doubt. The universe then will support you most fully, for the universe is supportive. You were bequeathed creation, therefore you deserve, by convention, to exist. Now simply grant yourself — being the you you chose to be — and the universe will support you most fully in your recognition of that as a choice and your decision — your conscious commandment — to now do that according to preference. Therefore, by following your excitement, you will always be led to the next most exciting thing. You will always find that exciting thing to be most effortless. And lastly, the universe will always provide all the abundance that you need in order to continue to be most you. And therefore, you create a line or a thread of incidences happening at the same time — co-incidences –— that will provide your needs in your life, many times, seemingly, very much by surprise. And therefore, your life then begins to flow in a most direct way. And, in fact, what occurs is what we have labeled, the ecstatic explosion of coincidences. Your needs are met, generally, in the most unexpected ways, right on time. When we do speak about the idea of functioning within your excitement, we always add the label to do so with integrity. What we mean by that, however, is not the general moralistic integrity that you speak of in your society, which is, by the way, rather arbitrary and varies from perspective to perspective. But we are speaking about the idea of your recognition of integration. Integration simply meaning that we are all, in that sense, one thing, one event. And if you will begin to act as though you believe that, then your actions toward anything in your outer world will change. For you will always — in thinking that everything is all one thing that is what you are a part of — treat anything with the same respect you desire to be treated with; that only goes, in that sense, to say. So therefore, the idea of integrity, recognition of the integration of all things, is one of the other ideas that we lump with functioning from your excitement. And by doing so — functioning from your excitement within integrity — you will always be leading a life that will bring you where you want to be the quickest, and will never, along the way, inadvertently harm yourself or others. For there will be no need to impose your reality upon others. Simply you will accept their reality as gifts which you may or may not choose to accept. Also, when you are speaking to people about who you are, it is very, shall we say, constructive to have the same attitude yourself — that you are giving a gift without, in that sense, insisting that it must be accepted. You do not need in that way to get insulted. People get what they need to get from any interaction, anyway, automatically. So do not feel you need-be responsible for each and every little detail. You cannot in that sense be responsible for anyone else anyway. Simply responsible to them by being responsible for yourself. And the way to do this most fully is to be the you you chose to be, and allow that to be a living example, a living reflection to others. For that is the most powerful symbol you create in your reality –- a living example. You do not need in that sense to convince anybody of anything if you are a living example of it. For you will show them, right in front of their eyes, that such a thing is possible if… if… they should choose to take it. But they do not have to. By simply arguing a point and not acting as an example of it, shall we say, that does not carry much weight either. So now, if you will begin to view the choices you have made, if you will begin to own the reality as you have already created it, you then get to decide, “What do I like about it, what do I wish to transform about it?” You get to keep the things you like. But you also get to transform that which you do not. Now I have not said ‘get rid of’ the things you do not prefer. You are, each and every one of you, the entire universe. Where are you going to get rid of anything to? It is all within you. So simply getting rid of something, or attempting, quote, “to get rid of something”, is invalidating it. If you will validate it, that does not mean you need to keep it hanging around. It will transform. And that is the difference between attempting, as you say, to get rid of something you do not prefer, and what we are speaking about: transforming or integrating that which you do not prefer. These are but minuscule differences in the way to perceive these matters. Does not seem like very much. However, it can be experientially very much. And it is that simple. Remember, you create your reality through your actions. But your actions are determined by what it is that you believe. So you can simply change your life by weeding out those beliefs you do not prefer and assigning a new, preferred belief. One last idea before we open up this interaction for the sharing, is that once you do choose — your choice — once you do choose a new belief, one may ask, “Well then what?” The simplest answer that I can possibly give that will allow you, right now — which is the only experiential time there ever is anyway — to manifest the new change is to simply determine what it is that you did believe; determine the new choice; and then act as though you already are the new belief system. Act as though a person would act if they already believed it. That puts you in action of the vibration of a person with that belief. And you will reap the benefits of the new belief by acting that way. Then you will have the evidence you quote “say you need” in order to continue to believe the new preferred thing. It is that simple. There is, in that sense, nothing more to it than that. So therefore, exercise your choice by recognizing things as choices rather than ‘things that have been imposed upon you’. You are expressing appreciation for your creatorhood, and by expressing that appreciation, you will reap the benefit of it. For you can always appreciate everything, even that which you label ‘negative’. For it all has been created by you for a reason, and if you will allow it to deliver the positive reason, it will transform. Needless to say, if you will continue to glean the negative reason, you have seen that these things have a tendency to then hang around. It is your choice. Therefore, in appreciation for your willingness to share the expanding aspects and explorations of your consciousness and allow me to share my perceptions, my perspectives of my and my society's consciousness, I ask you now, how may I be of service to you? Thank you to our member Moonlight for this transcript. 🙏❤️ 12 - Integration and Synchronicity - BASHAR-ELAN (previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this day of your time as you create time to exist? [Terrific. Great.] We begin this interaction this evening of your time with the idea of “Integration and Synchronicity”. Two concepts which, at this timing, according to our perception of your energy, would be most appropriately presented to you. We have discussed in the past with your civilization the idea that your arrow, your barometer, your way or sign which you have asked for throughout the ages of your particular purpose, may be established by what you call the idea of your excitement. What does excite you? What does, as you say, ring your bell? What vibrates to you? That which does give[s] you the astute observation that that is most appropriate for you. We have mentioned that by doing what does excite you the most, that does indeed place you firmly on the path that you are indeed, and allows you to create your life according to that which you prefer, rather than, as you say, feeling as though life is happening to you instead of from you. Along with the idea of excitement, we have said and added to that concept that your excitement will be interpreted through the idea of occurring with integrity. Many of you upon your society have indeed interpreted that idea of integrity as meaning morality, consensually agreed-upon morality. This is not what we speak of. When we speak to you of the idea of integrity, what we refer to as the root of the word from integration. Integration simply being the realization that everything, everything is but an emanation or a facet of one thing. All That Is or God is one thing, and everything in existence is but a simultaneous manifestation of that one thing. And indeed, this realization in and of itself is, shall we say, very key to the understanding of the universe and yourselves. The idea that all comes from one thing and is indeed — although having the apparency of separateness, the illusion of separation — indeed is one integrated thing. So we begin this interaction with that understanding that everything is, and stems, from one thing. Therefore, with that realization that everything that does occur in your reality is, as you say, a part of that one thing, the idea of integration is that realization in action. In other words, there are two types of, shall we say, behavior. That which does — using that realization that everything is one thing — integrate, and that which is separative — that which does separate down into many parts. Therefore, the idea of doing things with integrity does mean performing actions with the idea of integration, realization of everything as one thing, and realization of your integration within that one homogenous substance. So indeed, that would translate down to granting validity to all points of view, realizing that [the] ultimate truth is composed of all truths — whether or not they seem that they do contradict one another — each is indeed valid in its own right. It is not that this is true or that is true. It is much more the idea that both have equality, both are true, and that which you do choose to buy into will determine its effect upon you, or the effect that you do create it to have within your life. Therefore, proceeding from an integrated standpoint would mean not having — in any way, shape, or form — to force your viewpoint upon another, for that, in a sense, is saying your viewpoint is valid and another is not. Everything is all one thing. All points are valid. It does not mean you have to prefer them. It does not mean you must manifest them within your life. [They] may be there for various reasons reflecting to you various reasons. However, everything is equally valid to everything else. And therefore, with that realization and the realization of, essentially, what you have labeled the oneness of all things, there is not the necessity to force your viewpoint upon another. Simply that you do provide a reflection for another of your viewpoint allowing them, if they wish, to glean from that viewpoint what they will. Very often it may be that they do not prefer that viewpoint. That is okay. And the idea is to allow them to use that reflection in whichever way they will, not giving the reflection assuming it must have a particular effect. The greatest service that you can do in your reality, in your existence to another, is not to be responsible for them, but to be responsible to them by being responsible for yourself. And that does simply mean, being the best you you can be. Realizing what it is that is you, determining that by what does excite you — not invalidating that. Realizing if it does excite you, it is part of your being and, in a sense, the way for you to realize who indeed you even are. However, it does not have to be forced upon another person. And indeed, by reflecting to them not that which you think they wish to hear, but that which you are — which does represent who you are — you are doing the greatest service to them. For, if you do engage in many of your interactions, shall we say, telling people what it is you think that they wish to hear, you are allowing them to have an elaborate conversation with themselves, and in effect are not presenting to them your point of view. Which is just as valid as their point of view. Very often you say what someone will wish to hear, more because you do not want to hurt their feelings and have an expectation of a particular reaction. Very often you will find that that reaction does not even occur, and you do perpetuate this tendency, and it is not that they will react in that way with that particular information. For you are within the spectrum, you are within the atmosphere of another's reality, to reflect to them your point of view, your portion of reality, and this is the greatest service. If they do indeed choose to use your point of view, that has done them service. If they choose not to use your point of view, that has helped them infinitely to define themselves still further, and therefore of total service to them. So again, you do not need to feel responsible for another, but simply to them by being responsible for yourself. Nothing that you can say to another will, as you say, blow them out of the water. People actually do appreciate other points of view, whether or not they do agree with them. Therefore, the idea of integrity is not forcing, is not insisting that when you do allow yourself to reflect yourself to another, that they do accept it in a particular way. Now the idea of synchronicity is as follows. Many of the concepts we have shared with your civilization can be rendered down to two — one, two — principles within the ideas of synchronicity that will allow you to be conscious of your creativeness, your creation of your own reality. Very often we do hear from your society the idea that you do not understand and are unconscious of the fact that you do create your own entire 100% reality. Therefore, we introduce to you an idea through your language and your terminology you have labeled ‘synchronicity’. Synchronicity takes into consideration the idea we have just discussed that everything comes from one thing. Therefore, everything fits, everything belongs, and, in effect, everything is purposeful. What we are saying is this: There are no accidents. You may create the scenario with which you may wish to perceive something that you feel does not belong there as ‘an accident’, but that is just a definition. There are no overall accidents. Everything, as you may have heard from time to time, has a reason. Maybe that there are varying degrees of significance between different individuals of those particular reasons. But the ones which are important to you to have conscious recognition of will give you that conscious recognition. Therefore, to use some of your more common examples: You are walking down your street. Every person, every building, every flower, every leaf on every tree, the number of leaves, the color of the leaves, the reflection of the sun on the objects before you, every minute detail is happening for a reason. Again, there are varying degrees of significance. You do co-create your reality along with others that are also creating their reality, and, in effect, in a particular situation involving several people, it may be that significance is placed more from one than another. But overall there is significance to everything. Therefore, this realization will allow you to realize that there is nothing extraneous existing within your reality. Part of what we have said is your best approach to change your reality is to own it. You cannot change what you don't own. If you believe that there are accidents, that things creep in there, there are extraneous creations, shall we say it becomes a bit more difficult to consciously feel you're creating your reality. If, indeed, you do realize that everything, everything belongs, everything fits, then you take it back inside yourself, giving yourself equal validity behind all ideas, and that allows you, paradoxically — having equal validity — to choose that which you do prefer. Therefore, number one of the one-two step we will present this evening of your time, is the idea that everything is synchronicity. Now, realize we have said it is this and that, not this or that. You can create whatever reality you wish. If you wish to create a reality where much of what happens is seemingly an accident, that will be your perception. Overall, there are no accidents, and in a sense you cannot change that underlying reality, but you can create, shall we say, an accidental reality. However, again, that does place you in the position of feeling that life is happening to you instead of realizing that in a very real sense it is happening from you. Therefore, the second step of the process we are labeling at this timing, is to simply act on the situation that synchronicity do bring you, does bring you. That does allow more synchronicity to occur, as well as bring to [the] forefront the opportunity that will allow you to create the life you do prefer. Therefore, number one, everything is synchronicity. Number two, act like it. And that's all there is to it. Again, you can make things difficult and complex, but you can also define in your reality that it is that simple. Therefore, again, realizing everything is synchronicity, everything does fit, there are no accidents, and then acting in that mode, allows an acceleration, allows you to take what is already in your life and accept it, thereby owning it. Then you can decide if you prefer it. If not, transform it. But it comes back to taking back ownership, as you have colloquially labeled it within your society, ‘taking back your power’. [pause] This evening of your time, we will, for particular reasons, as you say, cut the beginning talk short and allow for questions, for we do perceive that there are many. Very often, you will notice you will learn more from the answering of someone else's question than your own. You would not be present in this interaction unless everything within it was relevant to you. As we have said, everything is synchronicity. Therefore, in appreciation for your willingness to interact with us on this level — in appreciation for you being willing to act as ambassadors from your civilization and allowing me to act as ambassadors for our respective civilization — I ask you now, how may I be of service to you? This is from the end of the Sharings session for 83 - The Assigners of Meaning ELAN: One moment...  Anything that you need in any given moment, period, exists within that moment. You can, if you wish, reflect back on your past, project to your future, call in past lives, call in future lives, to enhance that moment. But you never need anything from even a moment ago, a moment to come, a past life, a future life. You never need any of that to proceed in any given moment. Therefore, again, in any given moment, you always have what you need to have in that moment to proceed to be the person you chose to be. Realization of this allows you to bring yourself back, again, into the moment. The now moment is the only moment you ever experience. You speak of the past, you speak of the future, but you always do so from right now. And never was there a moment in your life when it was not right now, or when you could say it is not right now. Therefore, your power exists in the moment. Your connection to all other now moments, so to speak, exists in every given moment. The now moment is holographic and contains ALL of ALL reality. In your particular chosen focus, however, you may, and again, express that in particular specific ways. So your willingness to ground yourself to what is right in front of you in any given moment is your willingness to express your power through that moment and use what is right there, right now. And you always have it. That perspective can be quite helpful in clearing away the cobwebs and, again, putting in front of you what is right there. Assigning the meaning of your excitement to what is right in front of your face and choosing, with your excitement, acting upon that excitement with integrity. Alright? Questioner: Yes, living in the now and using that to be the focus. ELAN: And again, assigning positive meaning. Questioner: Yes, absolutely. ELAN: A creator in acknowledgement of their creations may not always see exactly the reason, at first, that they created that particular manifestation. But a true creator never stops looking and never stops going around an event to view it from all ends till the reason it was created becomes obvious. Glean positive meaning in any neutral blank circumstance. Then you will assign a positive meaning and from that positive meaning then proceed with a positive foundation for your actions, therefore always yielding a positive result. Your willingness to do so for, shall we say, a continued period, of time will create a momentum and flowing with your life, in a conscious way, with that belief that you are the creator of your reality, as all other beliefs, has a particular emotion. You will know when you manifest this, for that emotion is ecstasy itself. Therefore, allow me to thank you all for your willingness to co-create this interaction with us this evening of your time. And I, in thanking you, in unconditionally loving you, wish you an ecstatic dream life, and life dreams, and bid you a most fond and loving, good evening.

ELAN - 83 - The Assigners of Meaning (Full session) Greetings this evening of your time as you create time. How are you all? [Great!] Alright. Allow me to begin this interaction with the title, “The Assigners of Meaning”, and understand before we proceed that you each and every one of you are the assigners of meaning in your reality. Allow us to explain and apply this in several areas. We have many times discussed, and perhaps those of you who have not participated in this interaction have heard the notion before, that: All situations, all events are, shall we say, a neutral set of props which contain no built-in meaning. You assign that meaning, therefore you are the assigners of meaning. The meaning that you assign determines the effect that you get out — perhaps you can say prior to the assignment of that meaning, alright, perhaps you can say life is truly meaningless. But then you assign the meaning and, again, the tone with which you assign that meaning determines the effect that you get out, the experience that you get out from that particular instance. So therefore, given any neutral situation that occurs in your life, if you apply and assign a negative meaning, you in general will then receive a negative effect. If you take same situation, same parameters in place and assign a positive meaning by, perhaps, asking “how this serves” me rather than “is happening to me”, you then, from the very same set of neutral props, get a positive response, a positive result. Therefore, you truly do create your own reality, and you truly do set down the tone for doing so through your assignment of meaning, through your choice of definitions, how you define your reality to be. One of the definitions that very often individuals will apply to their reality is that changing yourself must be a complex process. Now we understand that your consciousness and your reality is rich and full of complexity and diversity, but the living of the actual life, the making of the actual changes, are actually quite simple. So therefore, your definition that change is difficult has you acting differently than if you assume change is simple. And it is ultimately those actions that you perform from the assignment of the meaning that, shall we say, delivers the physical effect in your physical life. So it is always up to you. If you do decide that things are quite complicated, to understand that you have assigned that meaning and that are you to assign the meaning of simplicity in action, you can then perhaps approach the situation from a slightly different angle and perform the actions that reflect your willingness to see the simplicity of how it can be in your life to change. For change once again is a neutral idea, it is a constant in your reality. Then, again, the assignment that it must be a ‘complex series of steps or processes’ then has you acting in a way where you, shall we say, seek out those processes and will only allow yourself to truly validate a change if there is first a process so that you can perhaps have worked ‘to earn it’. But understand, that the moment you decide to change that decision is a statement. That decision allows you to express that change from that moment forward. Another meaning that you sometimes will assign, perhaps can be illustrated by the following analogy, and we have used this sometimes before: If you have a cube and all sides of that cube are painted a particular color and you, in that sense, change or paint one side a slightly different color — two different ways to look at that one same neutral cube are as follows: Number one, same cube, slightly different change. Same cube, different face. But another way, no less valid, that one can assign or interpret it, is now that it is an entirely different cube, by definition. Now if you reflect on this a moment, it is obvious that both ideas are true and it is simply a matter of which you assign it, how you choose to look at it. The effect you get, perhaps even in the cube example or analogy, will be determined by that assignment of meaning. If you in that sense assign “it's just the same cube with a slightly different side”, then your attitude toward that cube will reflect that and you will get the effect of it being just the same cube. But should you understand it to be an entirely different cube now and, perhaps, gear your attitude and assignment toward the differences in seeking and finding what those differences are, your experience of, again, the same exact cube, can now be fresh, can now be fascinating, can now be as if it is anew simply because you have chosen to look at it that way. And this, by extension, can also be applied to your life, to your reality. For if you make one minor little change you can choose to look at it as ‘same old boring life with a little tiny change’ or ‘entirely different reality, entirely different scenario and set of events’. For once anything has changed, it has all changed and it is up to you in how you will choose to look at it. If you should choose to believe that it is simple to change your reality, if you should in that sense utilize any change as a grand and sweeping change across the entire reality, you can then reap the benefits of that change in accelerated timing, very quickly as you say. And, again, should you assign when making any change within yourself that it has all changed, your actions would differ from the actions that you would assume if you believed it was just a different, slightly different change, in the same old life. 8 If you believed it to be, again, same life, slight change, you would then be looking for the similarities in the new changed reality, as the old reality, and perhaps then say,  “See, I told you it didn't change.” But then how could you have experienced it as a change when all you did in that instance was assign that it was really a very little change? However, should you decide that fundamentally any change is a change across the board, that has you then looking and seeking to see the differences rather than the similarities. You can either allow the similarities to validate the lack of change, or you can be very active in seeking out the differences to validate the change. Same set of circumstances, different assignments, entirely different effects. Therefore you are always, in that sense, able to be active in the assignment of meaning in your reality for it is up to you. You get to choose, and if you say “It is not up to me.”, that is your choice, that is the choice you have made. And in any given moment should you decide “I have no choices.”, you have made a choice. Though perhaps that choice is not reflective of the choice that you would prefer, and again, is concentrating on the similarities rather than the differences. Your willingness to validate that everything has changed has you, in that sense, beginning to, with fascination, begin to seek, once again, the way that things have changed; the subtle differences, the evidence that corresponds to the change rather than the same old idea, for either way you will be actively engaged in the process. What we are suggesting is that you can now become conscious, purposeful about it and do it according to your intention rather than randomly. Your willingness to approach any given situation in your life from the perspective that it has no built-in meaning, perhaps, for example, a particular situation comes along. Societally speaking, you have been taught that every time this situation occurs it is bad, it is negative, “Oh, everyone knows that”. Then you assign it the “everyone knows” negative meaning and get the negative effect and there's the evidence, “Well, everyone was right”. But you can always turn this around. You can say, and acknowledge, what perhaps everyone usually says is wrong with the event, but not settle for that, for you understand “I create my own reality. I, in that sense, am experiencing an event that is my creation. It seems on the surface to be quite bad, however, if I acknowledge my creatorhood I will look at why I created it, not look at the face of it to say ‘well of course I would never create that’.” So the form of, in that sense, taking back your power comes from your willingness to phrase, in the form of a question, “How is this creation serving me exactly the way it is, exactly the way it presents itself? How does it serve me? I see what is obvious and negative seeming about it, but that does not serve me other than to perhaps let me know that I do not prefer this, therefore, perhaps, it has aided me in my self-definition.” But if you are willing to look a bit further, you will always find some way that any situation is of conscious, positive service to you; but only only from your willingness to begin to decide that you wish to assign the meanings that will be of service to you. For when you automatically say “that's bad,” you are assigning that meaning anyway. So we are not asking you to do something that you're not very good at. Simply now pointing out that you can be conscious about it. You can decide, just decide to change if, in that sense, change is what you would find desirable. If you will then trust, simply trust in that change, ”I have decided to change, therefore it is all changed, I will trust in that change by again looking for the differences rather than the similarities.” And then the third step is to simply act as though you trust that it has changed. Those three simple steps allow you to transform the face of your reality 100 percent, if that's your assignment of meaning. Can again seem like a slight change within the huge totality that you are, if that is your choice of assignment of meaning. Both are true, both are valid. However, the willingness to assign the more positive meaning allows you to get more of a consciously useful, shall we say, result out of the situation and then allows situations to transform. For understand, all situations in your life are a reflection, for your life is an extension of your consciousness, so anything within it is, perhaps you can say, a message that you are wishing to explore. So your willingness to look at a given situation with the purpose of deriving that message allows the situation to be of service to you. When you do so, derive the service and then act or do whatever you can to express what you have gotten out of it, then the situation transforms, there is no longer the need for the symbol delivering the message to hang around. However, if you in that sense choose to deny the message that you create a symbol to deliver, that message still exists within you. So in general, you will create similar seeming circumstance that will again bring it to your attention and, very often, this will come in the form of what you seem to create as a negative pattern or a repetitive negative occurrence in your life. If this is occurring, you may understand that as all other creations, you have created it but are not deriving service from it. Your willingness to simply give it a negative label and tuck it back into the closet still means that it is unresolved within you. Therefore, allowing the symbols to deliver the meaning that you created them for allows them to have fulfilled their purpose and then you no longer will create, in the creative way that you do choose your reality, these types of symbols to seemingly keep coming around to show you that idea. Therefore your willingness to derive service, your willingness to derive meaning from anything that exists in your life, allows you to use all your creations in a positive way. And, thereby, as you act like a creator, once again, you begin to get that evidence, that feedback from your reality. For you have assigned the meaning that ‘I am the creator of my reality’, therefore when you act that way, as all other situations that you act on, you get the results which seem to come in the form of the evidence that, yes, you do create your own life. This is the exact same mechanism you are now using when you believe you don't create your own life, for you then act a particular way, get a particular result, and then say, “See, there's the evidence. Obviously, I don't create my own reality.” The point is that you are experts at doing this. Therefore it does not take too much to simply move that point of view toward the conscious, desirous positive intention for that intention aligns you with your ability to act in a positive way, which then again midwives these concepts into the physical reality you call your life. It is, again, ultimately your actions which, shall we say, are the ultimate resultant factor. But never do you perform any actions in a vacuum. You always have, when performing actions, the assignment of meaning behind them. Therefore, if you wish to begin to again create your life consciously according to preference, be mindful of the fact that when you get a particular impression from a situation, that you are assigning that impression. This then puts it back into your grasp. Gives you back your power to decide if that is truly the assignment you wish to make to that situation, for you will often find now that the assignments were quote unquote “automatic”. But now that you know — even that it's a notion that the assignment occurs and then gives you the effect — you can always now pause before acting, pause before you do anything. And if you in that sense align yourself with the positive service, and then act, regardless of the fact that you have viewed the negative, that you have evaluated the negative, because you are only willing to act or do something when the positive perspective is in place, you only get the positive effect. Now again, we have said, perhaps a few times, that as your awareness expands, as your consciousness expands, you become more aware of anything that is within any reality that you create. And this particular reality contains polarity. Polarity is negative and positive. So again, by extension, as you expand, your awareness of both will expand. But what need not expand is your experience of both. For again, what determines your experience are your actions with the assignment of meaning.Therefore, if you only assign positive meaning across the board, you can only get positive effects. Your awareness, your increased awareness of negativity — as well as your increased awareness of positivity — but your increased awareness of negativity will come in the form of negativity as experienced by others. Therefore understand the distinction in being aware of an idea and what causes you to then experience the idea. From your centered self you can very safely view all the positive and all the negative. For none of it, again, has any effect till you act. But, if you remain grounded enough to only act when having provided a positive alternative, again the increasing awareness of negativity will be through others. So, you will still be aware of it, you will not be in a vacuum, you will still be in the reality that you have chosen to create and experience the polarity you have chosen to experience — in the form of awareness. As you begin to choose positive meanings and correspondingly perform positive actions, the results of your actions are not only as a fruition in your life, but also then are seen, can be seen, by others. Therefore in the totality of your reality, there is more access and more of an option for others to see that the positive perspective does work. And it is the seeing that what you are doing yields the results that is the strongest example, not discussing what sounds nice, but by embodying those ideas. The more you are willing to do this, the more you will attract other individuals also very excited about that idea, and you will begin to see very quickly changes across the board, global changes. One other notion that you sometimes hold is that “If I change myself it really makes a very little to no change in the world around me.”, this is the assignment of a meaning or definition. Understand that, again, when you make a change, it all changes. Perhaps if you wish you can use the following analogy: If you were to view yourself as a gear, enmeshed with many other gears all representing perhaps the other billions of individuals upon your planet, you may understand that if you as the gear turns, obviously, though perhaps not greatly, but at least a bit, all the gears will turn. And this is literally true of the results of your actions in this life. It affects everything across the board. Now again, this is a matter of perspective. If you choose to say that “I changing, or a change in myself, will result in very little change in the world around me.”, and then you come from that perspective and act from that perspective, you may provide the evidence at first that you are the only one changing. But if you understand that a change in you is a change in the universe that you create, is a change in everything, you will then be looking, again, for the differences, for the changes, and then you will have the eyes to see those changes. And by being very, shall we say, astute and aware to those changes, you will allow yourself to attract the other individuals that will, in a sense, assist and be aware of them as you attract them. So be mindful of where you assign your meaning. Be mindful of your definitions. Be mindful before you act as to what your foundational assignment of meaning is, for that will always, either subtly or blatantly, affect your actions. And even the subtle affectation of your actions can give the subtle result that you, perhaps, will not prefer. Or again, if it is a positive assignment, the subtle result that you will prefer. It is truly up to you and it always will be, in that sense, up to you to assign the meaning, carry the intention within you, and perform the actions which then literally create the reality. This is how you have already created your life. What we are suggesting is now becoming conscious about it if you wish to change it. If you do not, simply go about your business and everything will automatically fall into place. But what we, again, are discussing is conscious creation according to preference simply because you desire to do so, and you know that acting upon your own passion or excitement, with integrity, can only be of positive service to yourself and to those around you. Allow me now to thank you all for your willingness to interact with me and the members of my civilization and the respective civilizations on this end. We understand that even when interacting with us that you each will assign your own meaning as to what we represent to you. Therefore it is never our intention to insist that we are who we say we are, it simply is unimportant to us that you believe that we are who we say we are, for that then places the weight upon the message that we are delivering, rather than the messenger. And at least, up till now in your society, there has been a penchant to latch onto the messenger, very many times, at the cost of the message itself. Therefore what we desire is what we are sharing in terms of the empowerment of the self, for that is what allows us to have a telepathic society. That is what allows us to function as a unit without, shall we say, the expense or at the cost of individuality. We still maintain our individuality but, in that sense, still get things done in a positive way. And we understand that this is attractive to the members of your society. Therefore, by allowing the message to be what's important, and who's delivering it to perhaps be a footnote, this allows you to decide for yourself. And regardless if you choose to believe this or not, service will be derived by you; either you will get something from what I am saying, or you will define yourself in deciding that it does not apply to you and automatically attract yourself into whatever circumstance will then be of service to you more, shall we say, consciously or directly. So, from our perspective we simply cannot lose and wish in that sense to revel in the exchange with you for we get, shall we say, quite a bit out of this as well. It allows us to see that many more ways that All That Is, or what you call “God”, expresses itself throughout the multiverse. This is one of our interests and fascinations, and you, in that sense, being sparks of the Infinite Itself, are quite fascinating to us. Though you may perceive that our focus is a bit more expanded than your own, this simply means that our chosen point of view is less focused, or limited. What this does not mean is that in any way shape or form we are better than you, no. In general, there will be the assignment of meaning from members of your society that extraterrestrial races are better than humans. No. And perhaps that very idea is one of the things that prevents us from interacting with you face-to-face en masse, right now. It is not our intention in interacting with you to have you give your power away to us. As you pick up the ball, as you say, and run with it with many of the concepts that we share, by extension, you become self-empowered. By extension, you begin to exercise your ability to respond, your response-ability, in your reality, thereby making you living examples of the way that we live, and thereby putting you of a mind to take back the assignment of meaning to your own power. And then, in that sense, when you truly feel this way about yourself, and we, should that be the case, land and interact with you, it will simply be a reunion, not, alright, ‘individuals coming down to save you’. That is not the point. You are not drowning. You are not perceived as drowning. And we understand and respect your choice of exploration. You are allowed, in that sense, to reap the benefits of any exploration that you so choose to partake of. Reaping the benefits, though you do not generally look at it this way, comes in the form of the negative choices as well. For if you make positive choices, you reap the benefits of those choices. If you make negative choices, you then reap the benefits of those choices as well, though perhaps you have not looked at them as benefits. But nevertheless, they are the response and result of choices that you make. Therefore, you get the free will to explore that. As a society, you are now beginning to make, shall we say, collectively speaking, more positive choices. And this can be perceived by, shall we say, the many societies that are observing your society in a blatant way. Therefore, as this begins to occur, the day does, in that sense, grow closer, whereby we can have more blatant, open interactions. It is not likely that our civilization will be the first, but there are, shall we say, one or two other civilizations, in place, that are more likely to be the first civilizations that you begin to find out about, again, en masse. And you may pay particular attention to what you call your media for the next, shall we say, 11 months or so, for you will, by your October 1993 year, find, shall we say, some irrefutable evidence of the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations. And understand that this evidence has existed for many, many years upon your planet, but now is most likely the timing to begin to disseminate that and allow you to make your own choices. Allow you to assign your own meaning. Therefore, in return for this willingness of your consciousness to begin to expand and explore the many possibilities available to you, in this life, I thank you, express my unconditional love, and ask you how I may be of service to you? You can, if you wish, reflect back on your past, project to your future, call in past lives, call in future lives, to enhance that moment. But you never need anything from even a moment ago, a moment to come, a past life, a future life. You never need any of that to proceed in any given moment. Therefore, again, in any given moment, you always have what you need to have in that moment to proceed to be the person you chose to be. Realization of this allows you to bring yourself back, again, into the moment. The now moment is the only moment you ever experience. You speak of the past, you speak of the future, but you always do so from right now. And never was there a moment in your life when it was not right now, or when you could say it is not right now. Therefore, your power exists in the moment. Your connection to all other now moments, so to speak, exists in every given moment. The now moment is holographic and contains ALL of ALL reality. In your particular chosen focus, however, you may, and again, express that in particular specific ways. So your willingness to ground yourself to what is right in front of you in any given moment is your willingness to express your power through that moment and use what is right there, right now. And you always have it. That perspective can be quite helpful in clearing away the cobwebs and, again, putting in front of you what is right there. Assigning the meaning of your excitement to what is right in front of your face and choosing, with your excitement, acting upon that excitement with integrity. Alright? Questioner: Yes, living in the now and using that to be the focus. ELAN: And again, assigning positive meaning. Questioner: Yes, absolutely. ELAN: A creator in acknowledgement of their creations may not always see exactly the reason, at first, that they created that particular manifestation. But a true creator never stops looking and never stops going around an event to view it from all ends till the reason it was created becomes obvious. Glean positive meaning in any neutral blank circumstance. Then you will assign a positive meaning and from that positive meaning then proceed with a positive foundation for your actions, therefore always yielding a positive result. Your willingness to do so for, shall we say, a continued period, of time will create a momentum and flowing with your life, in a conscious way, with that belief that you are the creator of your reality, as all other beliefs, has a particular emotion. You will know when you manifest this, for that emotion is ecstasy itself. Therefore, allow me to thank you all for your willingness to co-create this interaction with us this evening of your time. Thank you to our member Moonlight for this transcript. 🙏❤️ 15 - Trust..What It Is and How To Use It - BASHAR-ELAN (previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this evening of your time as you create time to exist? [Great. Perfect.] We'll begin this interaction this evening of your time with the following entitlement, “Trust . . What it is and How to Use It”. We do realize in your society that the recognition and realization that what you believe determines how you create and what is your experiential reality. This is a notion which has become rather accepted and understood more and more as your society does progress in these ideas. One of the issues, shall we say, that comes up from time to time within your society is the idea you label ‘faith’ or what we label and call ‘trust’. Very often when your society does hear of the idea of trust – “Well now I have to trust.” – we do get what we have labeled a collective psychic groan from you. “Oh, that is a real toughie.” you say. “Now I have to have faith. Now I must trust.” In fact, from our perspective, you always have 100 percent trust. The issue is not lack of trust, per se. It is simply that you have an infinite trust in that which you do not prefer, as opposed to that which you do prefer. So, in fact, you are not in any way shape or form rusty at trusting. Trust is something you are very good at. 'Tis simply that you have placed, shall we say, a bit more importance from time to time in certain scenarios upon that which you do not prefer and have placed that trust – which again you do have 100 percent, 100 percent of the time – on that negative scenario that you do not prefer. Therefore, a, shall we say, beginning place or starting point in our elucidation of the ideas of trust will begin with your inherent trust that you do, in fact, deserve anything you desire. We have reminded you from time to time about the idea, when asking members of your society, what do you feel it is that you had to do in order to exist? The answer that we have gotten invariably from members of your society is, “Nothing in particular”. Therefore, one can draw from that idea that you did not have to do anything in particular in order to exist. Therefore, All That Is, or what you label God, obviously, by convention, feels you do deserve to exist unconditionally – without conditions, without having to earn it – simply because you say so. Therefore, the idea of deservability is to treat yourself with the same respect that All That Is has created you with: unconditional deservability. You do, in fact, because you exist, deserve anything you can desire. You may play out a scenario whereby your desires are kept from you, but it is, in fact, you playing out that scenario, you creating and controlling that scenario. In fact, there is no more weight behind the idea that you do not deserve, and that you must earn in order to have that which you desire. Therefore, we realize and have conveyed to you that you do deserve to exist. You do deserve to have anything which you do desire. That issue of trust is simply up to you to take this recognition and do with it what you will. You do inherently deserve to exist, even if you create the scenario where you feel that you do not. All That Is loves you so unconditionally that it allows you even to feel undeserving. That is unconditional love. There are no boundaries upon your free will and how to express yourself. Now that you realize there is an alternative to this idea, and you may, in fact, trust, or place the trust you already have that you do not deserve all you desire, and simply make a little shift, a little sidestep toward the idea that now you may, if you wish, trust that you do deserve all that you desire. Therefore, moving from this idea, you have your day-to-day experience. Now that you know that you deserve to exist, and you may trust that you may have all that you desire, simply now act that way. An individual who acts that way would, in any given situation in his life, realize, “I do create my own reality. I do trust myself — realizing that I have deservability — to create it perfectly. Therefore, anything that presents itself in my life, I must have created, and though, because I am within a reality that explores timing, not knowing something, and taking certain steps and procedures toward knowing it.” That idea of before, during, and after — you may realize that you know what you are doing on some level. Therefore, again, just cut yourself, as you say, some slack, and anything which does occur in your life as it is, realize you must know what you are doing. It is part of your creation, and not in any way, shape, or form, an interruption in it. Therefore, exercising trust, when, as you say, a seemingly negative scenario comes along, would go something like this: “Well, by my old belief systems, this particular set of circumstances would seem negative. However, now I am privy to the fact that I am a perfect creator, and I do deserve that which I do desire. “Therefore, this situation in my life must be part of the path. Rather than gleaning what may seem the obvious negativity from it, I now choose to look at why this scenario brings positive effects in my life. What does it now allow me to do? What would a person have to believe in order to create such a scenario that would seem negative?” Any situation in your life is simply an opportunity to shift your trust, for nothing is extraneous. By definition, if it exists, then it must not be extraneous. Things don't just slip in there in creation. It is all perfect. It is all part of, again, the path that you are. Therefore, that recognition will help you greatly to glean the reason that any given circumstance has been created by you for. Again, you are perfect creators. And you may realize that the perfection of your creation includes the idea that anything is there, anything that is there, will enable you to further your expansion. It is a part of the path, and again, not an interruption in it. A scenario that we will use to demonstrate this idea is as follows: In your society, if an individual is, as you say, going to catch a train, and they do run up to the platform as the train is pulling away —All situations, all, every, all situations are fundamentally neutral, blank, zero, void. You provide the meaning, and the meaning that you provide determines the effect that you get out of it. Therefore, in acting in an older belief pattern, you run up to a train pulling away. —  a typical scenario we have observed is that one may get very angry. “Oh, those bad train people”, you may say. “They have left much too early. 'Tis not that I was late. I think I shall go and tell those train people how bad they are.” And you run into the ticket office and demand a refund, and are very upset, very anxious, creating anxiety, and therefore you have taken a fundamentally neutral situation — a train has pulled away — and assigned it a negative meaning. You have gotten a negative effect and created much upset and anxiety in your life. Very good. Now, an alternative, using the ideas we have just presented to you, would go as follows. You run up or walk up to the platform and the train pulls away. Alright, a neutral situation. “I have walked up to this platform. This train has pulled away. Therefore, even though on my most uppermost portion of my consciousness I feel I must, I needed to, I had to have catched that train, I realize now, because I didn't catch the train, obviously there is some reason that I do not need to catch the train.” — and remain very calm. As you do — now that you are not blinded by your rage, blinded by giving away your power to an externalized circumstance — the next train is pulling up to the platform and off walks, let's say, an individual that you have not seen for 10 years. Therefore, because you remain calm and did not go storming away, you allowed yourself to glean from a neutral situation a positive effect. Stuff of fairy tales. “Oh, grow up, Bashar!”, you may say. Very good. You can look at it that way. And in fact, in your society, we have noticed the penchant for, in a story when there is struggle and strife, “Oh, that is a very realistic story.” But when in fact, they live happily ever after, “Oh, what a fairy tale.” That is just the definition. Living happily ever after can be the reality, just as much so as the struggle and striving. It is all a matter of shifting viewpoint. It is all a matter of realizing you already have faith. You already have trust. What do you deserve? If you do deserve all that you can imagine, all that you can desire, all that does excite you, then you will have trust in that scenario, in any, any given situation. Therefore, again, trust is simply a matter of viewpoint, of focus, of realizing that everything is perfect. If you are to look at any seeming negative situation within your life, that while it is occurring, you cannot imagine why this is happening to poor old little me. Invariably, every time down the line, as you say, when timing does play out, there again, invariably, is the scenario that an opportunity does unfold far better than that of the original opportunity that you missed, quote, “missed”, unquote, that would not have occurred if it was not for that idea. Therefore, it is not very foreign idea to you that anything that happens, in a sense, as you have said in your society, happens for the better. That is all it really does boil down to. How you choose to label any given neutral situation determines your actions. As we have said, what actually physically creates your reality is your actions. You are in a physical world. You are experiencing physicality. Therefore, physical action is what moves the mechanism along within these parameters that you have created for yourself. Therefore, when we say attitude is everything, we simply mean that it is because it determines your actions. In scenario A, the actions, because of negative trust, had an individual running from the train all upset. In scenario B, same situation allowed an individual to not only not create that upset, but then visit with a long-lost friend. Again, this is simply an analogy. Does not have to be that you take it that literally. But the idea is quite valid, and quite demonstrable, as you say, in your reality. Therefore, when any given situation comes along, simply allow yourself, allow yourself to be reminded that it is neutral. If you do not go into what you have created, due to the way you have been brought up with the beliefs in your society, yourself, to go into an automatic frenzied mode, and simply realize, “One moment, one moment, everything is neutral, even this. What is this allowing me to do? What is positive about this scenario? It is quite obvious what is negative. Therefore, let's do a little bit of exploring.” If you do not just take things at, as you say, face value. If you do not let your intentions be so rigid that anything that you create must occur in a certain way at a certain timing, then you will allow yourself to release the strong grip that you are holding that is preventing you from manifesting the reality you desire. For, as we have also said, when you hold your hands open, when you remain receptive, then you may hold the water in your hands, but you cannot hold, you cannot catch, you cannot maintain water in your hand with closed fists. You must lighten up, relax your grip a bit, allow yourself to be an open vessel, allow your circumstance to show you where you are. Allow conscious recognition of synchronicity. Synchronicity simply being that there are no accidents. Everything is part of the path that you are and not an interruption in it. When you perceive a block in your path — a hurdle, as you say — may just be that the straightest way to get where you want to go is to take a slight left and then a slight right. Because you perceive you must walk straight on the road, very often you are rigidizing the road. Maybe that there are a few detours, but those detours do not have to seem like blocks. For, again, invariably, they do contain surprises, discoveries, as you say, fringe benefits, perks. These things are generally present anytime something that comes along in your society, in your experience, is not expected. When a non-expected situation comes along, you do not have to, as you have, go into upset. In our society, we have a saying, so to speak — for at this time we have no language, but this is the sentiment behind this idea, bringing it down colloquially into your language — one individual walks up to another individual and they say, “How are things going?” And that individual says to them, “Not as I expected”. Our response is invariably, “Congratulations”. This, too, can be your attitude. This does allow that individual to then move on and glean why a situation was created. There are, again, no extraneous creations. If you simply break down the idea of the word extraneous, if something is there, it cannot be extraneous. By definition, it is there, it exists. Therefore, anything in your life is not extraneous. Maybe that it gives you the opportunity to examine how you feel in terms of your preference, but you do not then need to create upset around the circumstance. We have labeled that in our perspective, from our viewpoint, there is no such thing as the idea of ‘a problem’. When individuals in your society, and interacting with us, do say they have a problem, we do substitute the idea that there are no problems, simply situations that you have not allowed to transform. When you do create upset, when coming up against a particular unexpected reality, that creation is 100% within your grasp. And at any given moment, by simply realizing: “This, as anything, is fundamentally neutral. What type of effect would I now like from this situation, not a problem that I have not allowed to transform? If I would like a negative effect, then I can get very upset and create that.” However, we have noticed a propensity toward desiring positive effects in your reality. Therefore, again, a simple shift, a slight minuscule shift in point of view, will yield a grand sweeping change in your experiential reality. Therefore, again, trust. You have plenty of it. Simply realize that any idea, any idea is equal to any other idea. And therefore, you can choose anything you want. It is up to you. In appreciation for your willingness to participate in this interaction with us at this time, and on, as you say, an ongoing basis. And also in appreciation for you acting as, for in a very real sense, you are ambassadors, diplomats from your planet. Allowing us to be ambassadors, diplomats from our respective worlds. ELAN - 60 - All Is One (Intro and Outro - previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this evening of your time, as you create time to exist. [Great! Fine!]  Alright, thank you very much. One moment… allow us to make a few adjustments… Allow us to begin this interaction this evening of your time with the entitlement: “All Is One”. Very often to those in your society that have begun in that way, what you sometimes call a ‘spiritual search’, will come across the notion that All Is One. However, very often individuals do not entirely understand just how completely accurate this is. Very often one of the ways that they will express this understanding of oneness is to determine that they have certain connectedness to all things. Now, in a sense, from the physical framework, this will do. However, from an overall perspective, when you speak about connections, in general, this implies separate things which are connected. And this is not exactly the idea about All Is One. For, understand, all is literally one expression, one event. When you unroll that event, according to a particular idea that you call a timeline, it seems in that way to be experienced as a series of separate events. But in that way, when you experience reality from the perspective of what you sometimes call your Higher Self, all of that linear motion, all of that unfoldment, all of those series of events, actually comprise one overall event. For everything from the perspective of Eternal, Infinite, multidimensional Creation is, in that sense, one thing, literally. How this will, shall we say, break down in your reality is you can understand that everything is, in that way, directly related to you, an expression of you. And your particular perceptions of your reality are just that, your individual perceptions of the way that you project your reality. You are not truly even within a reality. More accurately, again from the perspective of all being one, you are the reality. And when you begin to progress in your expansion of your consciousness, and you quote unquote “reach the next level”, so to speak, the realization that always accompanies that reaching of the next level is that the reality that you previously believed you existed within, exists within you. Now you even have, in that way, a very concrete example in your physical reality of this idea. When you go to sleep at night, you have another kind of dream. We say another kind of dream because from our perspective, this is a dream as well, although with a slightly different definition. But when you awaken again into this dream from that dream, even though while in the night time sleeping dream reality, you felt while you were in it, that it was real, which it was. When you wake up, you on some level understand that the reality that you had just previously believed to exist within, existed within you. And this is at least one concrete example of what you experience when you, so to speak, wake up from this dream. You understand that this dream also exists within you, and so on and so on and so on into infinity. Therefore, because everything is a direct representation or extension, if you wish to separate it even that much of you, you can understand that everything in your reality has a significance to you. All, again, as we have sometimes shared, events, all situations, are but a neutral set of props with no built-in meaning. You supply that meaning, and according to the meaning that you — listen to the wording — choose to supply, whether that be consciously or unconsciously, that determines the effect that you get out. When you apply a negative label to something, negative implies, in that way, separative. Whereas positive, in that way, implies integrative, which brings everything back together to the all one thing. When you assign a negative label, you are separating the situation you are labeling from yourself. And this at least, effectively, experientially, puts it out of your reach to change it, for it is keeping separation upon separation. When you decide to choose anew, and assign positive meanings to circumstance, events, and relationships, you then are, shall we say, approaching it from an integrative perspective, where you understand everything is all one thing. And the result of labeling a particular situation in a positive way, regardless of its face, being that a positive labeling is integrating, will allow the situation to integrate within you, and the face of it will then transform. What seems to keep, quote unquote “repetitive negative symbols” seeming to repeat, is that negative or separative assignment, which, in a sense, is not taking responsibility for the integrative reason that you chose to create it. Therefore, the realization that All Is One, allows you to take back your power, even your power to interpret your reality in a positive way. For no matter what, no matter what, anything in your reality, absolutely anything — Did he say anything? I think he did! — can be interpreted in a positive way, and used for your self-growth and expansion of your consciousness, and to define yourself still further. Therefore, when things come around, allow yourself to step back, so to speak. If it is obviously negative, understand that this is one face of the neutral event. When we speak about events being neutral, we are not necessarily suggesting after you neutralize them, or at least recognize that they are neutral, that you leave them there, for they do not serve you by simply remaining neutral. What we are suggesting is going the next step, and the next step will be to glean how that situation is of service to you. How even that, even that, serves you to allow you to learn more about yourself, and to allow you to choose different choices. Again, when we speak of everything being a choice, what this has the underlying imposition of is that there are other choices, and there always are. When you say, ‘this is it’, you are writing the rule book. Therefore, perhaps you will experience it as being the only choice, because you have assigned that meaning, and any meaning you always assign will be the effect that you get out. So perhaps, if you wish — we will not force you to have too much fun — you can begin to look at the things that you would automatically, quickly, immediately label negative, and allow yourself the opportunity to see, in any way, allow it to be obvious… you do not need to, as you say, pick your brains… to show you, how it is of service to you, and again, listen to the wording, exactly as it is. Not how you wish it was. When you allow it to serve you exactly as it is, it will transform, and how you, quote unquote “wish things were”, will begin to replace these ideas that keep presenting themselves in this way. Everything truly is one thing. All Is One, and One is, simultaneously, All.  This is one, perhaps you can say, of the three absolutes. The first absolute would be: You exist. This transcends all realities. Any consciousness exists, it simply is. The second absolute is: All Is One, One Is All. And the third experiential absolute is: What you put out, is what you get back. So if you will simply understand that because you exist, and everything is all one thing, if you will be willing to put out a positive definition, a positive label, what you will get back will always be a positive effect, no matter how much your society tells you that is impossible in a given situation, that is only impossible for the individuals who give it that label. So if you wish, again, begin to view, begin to expand when things seem to overwhelm you, to understand that nothing can truly overwhelm you, for you are the reality you are within. Very literally, you are choosing to overwhelm yourself, utilizing an external reflection of who you are. A very elaborate game, if you wish, of hide-and-seek of consciousness. So understand that you can use it all, because it is All One. Does this make sense? [inaudible] Oh, thank you very much. Allow us now to proceed to the interaction. We will, in that sense, reserve the channel's voice, and cut, shall we say, this introduction a bit short. Though nothing is ever lost, for it is all within the One. Therefore, I ask you now, how may I be of service to you? Sharing! OUTRO At this timing, allow us to once again, and for the first time, thank you all for participating and co-creating these interactions with us this evening of your time. On whatever level it is accessible to your current understandings of your reality, simply, if you wish, incorporate the idea that All Is One. You will begin to understand that you have a different relationship with your entire existence, and you will begin, in that sense, to be able to begin to treat all things as an extension of you. You will then begin to derive advantages from things you formerly labeled only ‘bad’. You will begin to convert what you have considered to be your greatest liabilities into your most useful assets. Do not force it, you cannot anyway. Your reality is created through you by your allowance. So, lighten up. Then, you will be enlightened. 8 - Shivai - BASHAR-ELAN (previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this day of your time as you create time to exist? [Wonderful!] We begin this interaction this day of your time with the entitlement, “Shivai”. [Alright! Shivai!] Although, within our society, we no longer have the need, no longer have the tool or the symbol of what you call ‘language’. We did at one time have such. From time to time, when exactly necessary, we may convey to you the idea of some of these words. But, in particular, there has been expressed an interest in the idea of Shivai. For, in our society, it has, shall we say, a very significant meaning, and we will share that with you now. Because within our societal structure the idea of clear intention is, shall we say, rather inherent, and all individuals proceed in synchronous accord with their clear intentions, from time to time —in a spontaneous fashion, in what you may call a ‘revelatory way’ —  an individual would experience a sudden and complete realization of the clear definition with which they may proceed to explore the ideas they are discovering. And the expression which has dawned from this idea is Shivai, which means, essentially, “Stand out of the way, I have clear intention, I shall now proceed according to my excitement.”. And the result upon our planet is that all individuals would, in fact, stand out of the way and allow that individual to proceed with the surety of this idea. Therefore, this can be an appropriate symbol to you at this timing for you may choose to proceed with this Shivai undertone, somewhat what you have labeled, though not exactly, the idea of the ‘peaceful warrior’, the path of the warrior. Not meaning in a conflictive sense, not meaning in a war-like sense, or a fighting sense, but in that determination is that of a warrior proceeding and not accepting any interruption in this procession. Therefore, this is a powerful symbol, and from time to time we may share these ideas with you. Now, another idea we wish to convey to you this day of your time, and due to your considerations of timing, this shall be a brief interaction; however, Happy Mother's Day! This has many symbols, also some which are appropriate for this discussion. One of those, which you have already realized, is the idea that one of the symbols you have assigned to your planet is that of Mother, the idea of the nurturing aspect, the idea of the supportive aspect, and in this sense, this is your second Mother's Day of this year of your time, for in your April month, you had such a day, Earth Day, which, in a sense, was also a type of Mother's Day. However, we understand that within your society the intention of this idea is more along the lines of your physiological mother, and this aspect or idea may be expanded also, for within each individual, from our perspective, and we are seeing that you are now realizing this in and of yourself, is the idea of ‘male and female energy’. One of the aspects of the idea of female energy, as we have shared with you, is the idea of receptivity, creativity, but also this idea of mother, nurturing, supportive and, again, this may be integrated within each individual, and in fact is occurring upon your planet at this time. The blending of these energies — there are very specific reasons for the choosing of one particular physiological representation than another — but each representation does contain both. Understand this. So therefore, your Mother's Day is a representation of a, as you say, salute to the idea of physiological motherhood, but it is also a dedication to the idea of the Earth, your planet, and the female energy within. A final note before we do open up this interaction to brief sharing. MANIFESTATION The idea has arisen in your exploration of what you call ‘manifestation’, of the idea of some confusion about timing. We shall share with you what has been our observed timetable, in a sense, of manifestation, both in our society and in yours. When you have established your clear intention for manifestation, and understand this is an important point, and you proceed in action according to what excites you the most — not taking into consideration, “Is this going to bring upon this manifestation?” — for you take for granted that your clear intention will manifest. The timetable you can expect these manifestations will be as follows: • Three of your days, • Three of your weeks, or • The idea of three of your months. That is all. It only takes that long. The degree of which will depend on certain factors: that of timing, but also the idea of your willingness to trust and do what excites you the most. If you prefer, shall we say, the three-day manifestation, then for three days proceed only… only… doing what excites you the most. If you are more preferential for the idea of three-week manifestation, then, shall we say, you may be somewhat remiss with your excitement, maybe 60% excitement, 30% misery. Whatever. But the idea being that there is a proportional relationship to your willingness to realize that that excitement is the path, is 100% the path. If it excites you, it is the path. It is you giving an indication, to you, that this is the path. Many of you have chosen not to believe this idea. Again, maybe it's too simple, maybe there are various other reasons, but this is the mechanics of how this does react. If indeed you choose to only be slightly excited and live in doubt, in fear, invalidation, you are now swinging yourself to the idea of the three-month period. However, this can be shortened greatly by simply trust. Again, your end product, desired result, is to have a life of fun. Generally, you impose upon this the restriction that this is a monetary abundance fun. However, again, that is your end desired result. What we are simply suggesting is to start out that way in order to be that way already. Again, you may think about these ideas, and this is, as you say, the bottom line. Three days is all it need take. You have been exposed to what we have recommended, one of the few processes we have recommended, the causal plane technique by the entity Lazaris*. It does work in three days, but the determining factor, again, is your willingness to trust, to have expectancy and not expectation, and realizing that proceeding in your excitement is the path of least resistance, which is the path that anything does take. Therefore, again, we think we have made the point. If there are questions about this, feel free to ask them. Relax and find your way to your own cave in the center of the earth. Basically dive through the earth until you come out in a cave. That will be your personal cave in the center of the earth. 2. Ask for a guide (in the cave) to show you the hole through time and space. Mine is a little rabbit and the hole is a rabbit hole. Yours will be unique to you. 3. Dive through the hole through time and space and free fall through time and space. Whatever emotion you feel: joy, fear, etc. just go with it. 4. After a bit you will become aware that you are falling. Put out your left big toe and let it turn to light. 5. After your left big toe turns to light, let your whole body turn to light. 6. You are now falling through time and space in your light body, falling toward the casual plane. 7. Land left foot first on the casual plane. (To me it looks cloud like, to some geometric, whatever you get is right) 8. Hold your manifestation intention for 33 seconds and then release it into the casual plane and let it go. Thank you to our member Moonlight for this transcript. 🙏❤️ 14 - All One Thing - BASHAR-ELAN Alright, I'll say, how are you all this evening of your time as you create time to exist? [Great!] Are you all alive?[Yes] Thank you very much. We will begin this interaction this evening of your time with, once again, the idea that everything – everything – is “All One Thing”. We have said this to you many times before that everything you do perceive as separate objects, separate people, separate beings, are all but a manifestation of One thing – manifesting in a multitude of ways, allowing itself, in a sense, to provide the idea of self-reflection. For you cannot truly reflect on who it is that you are from one perspective. You must make a separation and, in a sense, then allowing yourself to walk outside of yourself and look back in. Very many of your ideas that you have separated down to the idea of separate things are indeed, but again, manifestations of one thing. An example we will give you this evening of your time is what you have labeled within your society, ‘cause and effect’. You do perceive that cause is separate from effect — two distinctly separate aspects or ideas. In fact, they are only separate in appearance. As one side of your, as you say, coin is separate in a sense from the other side of your coin. However, it is, in a very real, overall sense, still one coin. And, therefore, the idea of ‘cause and effect’ are but one thing. Therefore, ’tis not necessarily – as you might have imagined, and as you have created from time to time in your society — that the cause must come first. That, in and of itself, is just a definition. The idea is that, being two sides of the same coin, either may occur first chronologically. One of the ideas we have observed within your society is the idea that, in order to be, as you say, happy, you must have A, B and C. Cannot be happy ‘til we have that. Are not inherently happy. “Oh, when we only achieve this idea or that idea, then we will be happy.” What we will present to you this evening of your time is that that is only one way in which to view this idea. Another way is that you can first create the effect, if indeed you do create the effect of happiness in your life first. And this does mean realizing: • What if you were happy — using your imagination now — you would be like? • How would you act? • How would you carry yourself? • How would you interact with others? And then, as you say, act that way. Shall we say being two sides of the same coin, that now that you have created that effect in your life, you are now leaving yourself, shall we say, the opening for the cause of that effect. In other words, if you do choose within your choices, within your reality, to simply act and be happy now, then the causes of that happiness will accelerate into your life, as you say, very quickly. Therefore, as we have said, again, many in your society strive to be able to work and struggle and do what it is that you feel will, as you have coined in your society, ‘pay your dues’ in order to then have excitement in your life. What you may do is begin now, this very moment, from the choices that are available to you right now, to use what does excite you as the criteria for choosing in any, any given moment. Therefore, beginning now to do what excites you, and not waiting as you have in your society ‘til you can, colloquially speaking, ‘save up enough money to retire’. That example, which we have also used from time to time, we observe does not, in practice, actually yield the results you always desire. For if you do spend 50 to 60 of the years of your life span struggling and striving, and then, as you say, earn the ability to retire and have fun and excitement, you haven't had much practice having fun and excitement. And very often what you then do create is a feeling of uselessness. Instead of enjoying the harvest you have been reaping for your entire life. So, what we are now suggesting is to begin to have excitement now. Get in practice. You will find that what you have made the goal can be the road. What you have made the destination can be the path. And by doing what it is that does excite you in any given moment —  not necessarily the thing that excites you the most in your life, but what, again, of the choices available to you in any given moment does excite you — then you are also attracting — by virtue of the fact that you are being mostly and truly yourself, your true core being for that is why an idea does excite you — all the abundance that you do need. Another idea that we will touch upon at this time is the idea of ‘abundance’. For within your society you have labeled that in order to be abundant — many of you have labeled, shall we say — that in order to be abundant you must have a lot of money. This is one of the symbols you have chosen to create in your life. We are not invalidating it. [It] is a valid symbol and in fact may be a reflection of abundance. However, our definition of abundance is slightly different, for it does not place, as you say, the parameters around this idea that you have. Our definition of abundance is simply: Doing what you need to do when you need to do it. Period. Therefore, this, as you say, provides an appropriate segue to the idea we will discuss of allowance. If you allow — realizing that definition of abundance, “what you need to do, when you need to do it, what you need to have, when you need to have it” — your abundance to manifest in any way that it will, accepting your abundance in any way that it does come — not that you will only accept it that way, only accept it as money, but to accept it in whatever form it does come in your life, realizing you are deserving of all the joy and ecstasy that you can imagine — then you will find that you will vibrate as a being who does unconditionally accept abundance. When you say, “I will accept all the abundance I can have as long as it comes in dollar bills.”, shall we say, you are vibrating as a being who does not unconditionally accept abundance. Therefore, being that you can only have the reality you are the vibration of, of course, it is logical that the universe will not provide abundance to you unconditionally. Therefore, by again acceptance of your abundance, not trying to force or make something occur in a particular way, but by accepting it as you have already created it, you do, in an action-oriented sense, change your vibration to that of one who does unconditionally accept abundance. Then the universe provides unconditional abundance to you, many times in ways you will not expect. Very often, almost always within what you consider ‘coincidence’, not meaning something which is extraneous, but co-incidence. Things, incidents —  co — happening at the same time, all connected. For again, it is part of the fact that everything is all one thing. Therefore, in extrapolating this idea of allowance, of acceptance: If you will but allow yourself to glean, from any situation that appears in your life, a positive meaning — for, realize, you create your own reality 100%, even if you create the apparency that it is out of your control, that is still your creation. If you will realize that nothing within your reality is extraneous, is a deviation from a path, but part of the path that you are, then you can glean the reason you have created the situation in the first place. Very many times you create what you perceive to be negative situations because of the belief systems you have been spoon-fed from, shall we say, your childhood. But this is just a definition made by you, perpetuated by you. At any given time when you choose to accept what you have created and glean that you must have created it for a reason, and, as well as the fact that you can glean many negative things from a given occurrence, there are always some positive aspects, something that that situation will allow you to do that you could not have formerly done. Once you start to gear your thinking with this type of trust, and allow these symbols in your life to deliver the messages you have created them for, then they do not seemingly —  for nothing ever really does — but seemingly repeat themselves. We have heard very many times in your society the idea of repetitive negativity in your lives. From our perspective, being that we understand that the present is not a result of the past, that you do create the past from the present, that anything within your life that seems to be repetitive, each and every time it does occur is the first time. And, when you cease realizing that everything is fundamentally neutral — you give it the label — that is the effect that you get out of it, the label you give it, for that determines your actions. When you do cease giving the same meaning to what you consider to be a repetitive symbol, and glean again the reason for the presentation in your reality to yourself, from yourself, of that symbol, then you allow it to transform. And this is how you can begin to take what you perceive to be negativity and allow it to deliver its message and be on its way. Very often you are giving yourself a message, which, once you realize what the message is, you also realize there are many ways to have the same effect without creating that scenario. And then when you do cut yourself that slack from, shall we say, a more positive action, there is no need for that quote, “negative symbol”, to quote, “reappear”. So again, acceptance of abundance as it comes, allowing others to be of service to you. If somebody does offer you something, accept it. Accept the abundance. Do not think you don't deserve it. Do not think you are pulling something over on the other person. Do not think you are taking advantage. That idea in and of itself implies lack of deservability. Simply realize that when you do accept a gift of any sort from another, that you are being of service to them by allowing them to be of service to you. Are you following along? [very low, inaudible]  Hello? [Yes] Thank you very much. Therefore, the idea of acceptance, shall we say, is key. Before we do open up this interaction for sharing, for questions and answers, and statements, we shall illustrate, using an analogy we have illustrated, the idea of the ‘apparency of separation’, the idea of the ‘apparency of difference’, when in fact everything is all one thing. And here is the analogy: You have, as you say, a propeller spinning at a certain rate. If you do have what you label [a] ’strobe light’, and you do synchronize that strobe light to the propeller so that it is blinking one time for each revolution of the propeller, recognize this idea: The choice of timing, of turning on your strobe [light], will determine the position that you do see the propeller in. It will also determine the only position that you see the propeller in. If you are able to have many individuals in a room viewing that same propeller, and were able to have non-interfere-ive strobe lights so that everybody can separate the timing of their own strobe without, shall we say, interfering with the others. Then, as each individual does vary his timing for turning on their strobe [light], they will each see the same propeller, the same one thing, in a different position from one another. Each only believing, if they choose to create it that way, that theirs is the only position that the propeller is actually in. And, the timing and rate of that strobe [light] will determine the individual perception of that strobe [light]. Therefore, we submit to you that your reality, your perception of your reality, is simply the timing and rate by which you do create your consciousness. Therefore, viewing the same one thing from many different aspects, and, in a sense, enriching the experience, enriching the discovery. Each and everyone creating his own entire reality. Yet, at the same time, the ability to share, as you say, some degree of commonality, far less than you might imagine. However, a seemingness of commonality. Therefore, again, as we did start this delineation, we submit to you that everything is made of one thing, of All That Is, of the light of God, or All That Is, as we do call it. And that light, if attached to an emotionality, that emotionality would be what you label in your society, ‘ecstasy’. Therefore, you are all made of ecstasy. Therefore, in our appreciation for your willingness to share with us your version of that ecstasy, and allowing us to share with you our version, and, in a very real sense, choosing to allow us to walk in the same dream as you — and recognize if you, as a group, as a society, did not vibrate within the ideas that we speak to you of, we would not, in fact, be able to communicate with you, there would be no commonality. Therefore, in appreciation for your willingness to realize that you just may transform your life, you just may deserve all the joy and ecstasy that you do desire, we ask you now, how may I be of service to you? ELAN - 82 - The Referential Preferential You (Full session including guided process) This is a long transcript, as always please let me know if you find any errors! Greetings, this evening of your time as you create time to exist. How are you? [Terrific!] Oh, thank you.  Allow me to begin this interaction with the entitlement, “The Referential Preferential You.” Now, we have discussed many times, the concept of your imagination as being one of your primary facilities, or tools, that enable you, in that sense, to create the life that you wish — to lay down the template; to lay down the model; to lay down the mold, if you will — that will enable you to begin to build that life; to BE that very life.  And, many of you, in attending these interactions, and participating or listening to these sessions, on what you call your tape format, have, perhaps on some level, understood what we have said; have, perhaps on some level seen, shall we say the usefulness of this idea. But, we do find that, for many of you, it remains just that; a concept; just that; a notion that, perhaps, would be nice if it were only true. Therefore, this evening of your time, we will participate with you — each and every one of you — in the formation of each and every one of your versions of that Referential Preferential You. Now, again we remind you, that your imagination, in your society, is, generally, used as a generator of fantasies; many times in the form of an escape; many times in the form of a preference that you truly feel will never happen. But, that is only one side of that coin, that is only one side of the imagination. When, in that sense, you view the imagination as a tool, you then get use from that tool that is very, very, specific; very, very, individual; very, very, tailored, if you will.  Therefore, once you have created the notion of the Referential Preferential You, or, perhaps you can say, the you that — if you had your druthers — you would be. In that imagination, and together, we will form the mold, together we will form the birth of this you, and then, perhaps, describe some of the other applications for it once having done so.  So, therefore, in your own timing, become comfortable in your seats.  ... pause ... Now, understand, that what you are about to create, and, perhaps, for many of you, re-create, will be something that will, shall we say, “stick around” with you. Being that it is your creation, no one can take it from you and, being that it is your direct extension, expression, you will never, in that sense, need anyone else in order to call it forth. So, it is, in that sense, by its very creation, by its very identification, from you, a tool of empowerment that once you have you can never lose, and, again, need no one else in order to express it. It is part and parcel of you.  Therefore, in order to, again, create a conducive atmosphere for the creation of this Referential Preferential You, and at the same time unify, and unitize, and, shall we say, align, all individuals present, if you will, for me now, in unison, take three deep and loving breaths.  ... pause ... And, understand, that as you breathe together, co-inspire, conspire, an alignment takes place, but, that alignment also exists within each and every one of you. So, now, as you do, relax — as you do, settle-in to yourself, blank the screen of your imagination — and allow yourself to perceive what you maybe call, the “black behind your closed eyes.” Now, before we proceed, understand, that there is no way to do this incorrectly. And, in fact, your imagination — being that that's the screen that you are looking at right now — will assist you. Trust that that assistance, is part of the very tool that we are speaking of, and allow whatever embellishments occur from your imagination to be the exact embellishments that make it that much more relevant to you.  Now, we will begin by allowing to emerge from this blackness, again, at whatever pace is natural and comfortable for you, the outline of your body emerging from the blackness. If there is something that you would, physically, like to alter about your body, allow that outline, in that sense, to represent any changes. If you feel you're a bit too thin, then, in that sense, picture it being a bit more robust, and vice versa. In any way have this outline be the you you prefer to be, but do not remove it from yourself, still understand that you are seeing — you.  ... pause ... As you do begin to perceive, against the background of the blackness, the outline figure, allow it to be slightly back-lit by a blue-white light so it stands out that much more, and you can see the difference between, perhaps, the blackness within the outline and the background, by that demarcation line of blue-white light. ... pause ... Now, again, allow what you would call the features — the colour, the topography of, perhaps, for now, the front of the body — to begin to crystallize, and, see the you, that you say you prefer to be. For some individuals, this will look exactly like the you, you already are; that is just fine. If it does not, that is just fine, as well. But, again, do not lose the identification that what you are seeing — particularly, if it differs a bit from what you see in your mirror — is YOU.  ... pause ... Starting at, what you would call, the top of your head, and scanning very slowly downward, allow the details, allow the fine print, so to speak, to crystallize. And, see a bit at a time, from, perhaps now, the top of your head, what you would call, your hair; see that hair — how does it look, how is it hanging, as you say — being that this is a bit foreign to us.  ... pause ... Allow yourself to slowly now scan down to what you call your forehead and eye region, and begin to very clearly and discreetly, in whatever way that is presented from your imagination, allow that to crystallize and become more solid, more clear.  As you do so, allow this to wash downward to complete the nose, to complete the mouth and the outline of the chin, as you say. See your face, the face of the you, you say you wish to be.  Allow, now, once again, that scanning to continue downward and allow the outline of what you call your neck to take on more substance. See the lines, see the musculature within that neck — still maintaining the focus on the face. ... pause ... As you now have head and neck, to whatever degree you have allowed yourself to create it, now, proceed downward and see the outline of your shoulders, see the outline of where your hands or arms, upper arms, join to the trunk of your body. Continue downward, and allow yourself to see, what you call, your chest, your ribcage area, your abdominal-umbilical area. Notice the nuances, notice the details, notice the similarities from who you now create yourself to be, and, as well, if there are any, notice the differences.  ... pause ... We will mention, before proceeding, that what we are suggesting for you to be creating in your imagination is the you that YOU prefer to be — not the you that everyone else says you should be — the you that you feel comfortable being, that you know is right for YOU. Do not allow anyone else's opinion, for now, to enter into it. It is your projection of who you feel you comfortably are — not who everyone else says you should be.  Continue down now to what you call your pelvic area and allow yourself to begin to see taking form, taking shape, the contours of your upper legs… your knees… your lower legs… your feet.  ... pause ... Now, as you say, “pan back,” and begin by taking a few steps back from the point of view that you are, to see the whole self,  the entire body — head, middle, legs, feet — see it standing there, in relief, against the black background, again, back-lit by a blue-white hue of light. ... pause ... Picture, if you will, a road. It can be any road you wish. If there is a specific road, fine, if it is, simply ‘blacktop’, fine. Picture now this you being placed upon this road, walking. This is, now the you, again, you say you prefer to be. So, begin to now look at HOW that you is walking; HOW that you is standing; HOW that you holds up — or down, or whatever — your head. See how your shoulders are held, see the language that your body exudes as it walks down the road — confident, assured, in ecstatic joy for simply being, for simply existing, for simply living the result of the choice of your soul to create this life. See that you enjoy simply walking and notice the nuances.  ... pause ... As you do, notice again the similarities to the way that you walk, but, also pay particular attention to the differences. The differences in, again, the way the head is held, the way the shoulders are held, the way the arms swing; the message, the language that the body puts out. Note what is different about what this imagination is providing you, in this reference point, in this Referential Preferential You, and, again, make note of them, the differences. ... pause ... Now, imagine that, that you walking on this road, is coming up to three other individuals having a conversation. It matters not what they are saying, but, in that sense, you may see that two of them seem, in that sense, to be somewhat serene, and one, in that sense, is somewhat argumentative. Allowing that Preferential You to, again, walk up to this interaction with the three other individuals. Allow yourself to see how you are participating in that interaction. How the Referential Preferential You holds and maintains, in conviction, that posture, and is not, in that sense, strayed away from the center. That you holds, again, itself in a particular way when facing the serene individuals, but also when facing the argumentative individual — and pay particular attention to how that you, in whatever the specifics of the situation that you are creating, handles that situation.  ... pause ... Now, this is the you, you always have said you preferred to be, so I assume that, that you, would be doing the things you say you wish you would do. So, allow your imagination to provide the specific stance and, again, body language that accompanies this idea, and see this you. Feel the admiration for that approach, for that approach is representative of who you choose to be. ... pause ... Picture that you now continuing down the road. As you do, on, what you call, your right side, you will notice a calm, peaceful, serene, and perhaps, colourful scenery; on your left, notice what you call ‘warfare.’ Now, the you that you truly prefer to be, will, in that sense, perhaps, have a similar posture when looking to the right and looking to the left. Therefore, analyse, as clearly as your imagination is providing, your particular reactions, from the preferred point of view, of that you, and pay particular attention to the differences in how that you handles, and interprets, the situation.  ... pause ... Allow that you to now face the serene side of the road, having, again, the more tumultuous side to the back. And in perceiving that beauty, in perceiving that perfection, in perceiving that particular expression and manifestation of your nature — allow the feelings that that you would have, to come to the surface, and… feel the feeling of fitting-in… feel the feeling of harmony… feel the feeling of unconditional love and acceptance… for the scenario that you have chosen to, in that sense, exist within for the time being. ... pause ... When you truly feel what I am sharing, allow yourself to now turn 180 degrees, putting the serene scene in the back, and now seeing what you would call any version of what you call, “warfare and tumultuousness” upon your planet but notice the following: this preferential you, this reference point, still feels that same joy… still feels that same unconditional love… still feels that same connection. However, perhaps, is expressing it from the viewpoint: “Well, that’s their story.” Not invalidating it, understanding that, that fits, as well, but it is not representative of the you, you say you prefer to be. But, at the same time, you can understand that it serves a function for, perhaps, other individuals who are still exploring separation, limitation and negativity. And they too have the right and reason to explore. But notice the lack of effect from that scenario, and, in fact, the maintenance of the centered self — understanding that the serenity surrounds you, as well, from the back. ... pause ... Allow that you to once again turn facing the front of the road, as we have defined, and begin, once again, to walk, perhaps, again, now into a fog, whereby there is no longer a discernible difference between one side and the other.  ... pause ... As you walk, you come upon a chair. Allow yourself to sit in this chair, again, with a permeation of fog around you. As you feel yourself sitting in this chair, as you see that you sitting in that chair, become that you in the chair. Now, take your point of view and, perhaps, sit on the lap of that Referential Preferential You, but, you will notice that you sink into that you and merge with that you. Allow your viewpoint to shift now from viewing that you, to, again, sitting in the seat of that you, and viewing from that you.  ... pause ... Understand the following: you are that you. All, in that sense, that you would need do to represent this, is simply to just decide that you are already that you. Just decide — a conscious act — the decision to become. Now that you are creating this notion within your imagination, understand, that in order to do so, in order to even conjure up these pictures, you must, in the moment that you are doing so, become the idea, itself. Otherwise, you would not have the ability to bring it forth. You are this you, by the mere feeling, and conjuring, of this you, and experience of this you, you are that very you. Just decide that this is so for you.  ... pause ... Now, in order to maintain this posture and point of view, once you have decided to change, as you have, there are, merely but two more steps left. Step number two — [Step] one being, just decide — is to trust that you have changed.  Assume the attitude, and expectations, of the you that has changed. Not the you that wishes to change, that is looking for the evidence of why you have not, and accepting evidence that you have not. The you that is that you, would accept no evidence — the accepting of the evidence that it is not that you, is the old belief system.  The trust in the new you is the creation of the new belief system that now looks from that point of view, that now acts as that you acts. And, in fact, that is step three: to act as though you trust that you have changed. That means when something comes along which would seem on the surface to say: “You have not changed.”, understand that when you even interpret “I have not changed.” that is not the new you trusting in the change. That is the old you seeing whether you really believe in the change. But, you can simply acclimate, reorient your consciousness to, simply, decide to trust in the change.  ... pause ... Allow yourself now to understand that the chair in which you sit, is the chair that you are sitting on in this room, and as the fog dissipates around you, begin now to allow yourself to re-acclimate to this room, for you have sat in the very chairs that you are in.  ... pause ... Again — at your own pace when re-acclimating to your surroundings —  you may open your eyes.  ... pause … Now, once again, understand: you have changed, because you are a Conscious Creator, and have simply chosen to change. The expression of your belief that you have changed is your willingness to trust in the change, and act from the perspective of the changed self. You have created a model, you have created a mold, or a template; what we, again, sometimes call the Referential, since you can refer to at any time, Preferential, since you prefer it, You. And it can come in quite handy in your daily life as well, now that you have given it the substance, now that you have called it forth.  And, very simply, if a situation comes along — it may not, but if it does — whereby you feel on some level that your initial re-action is that, a re-action to a situation rather than a conscious action, simply, first of all, note that you are, perhaps, thinking about proceeding by unpreferred, shall we say, perspective. See that perhaps you are about to do something that is not representative of who you say you wish to be. Then, in whatever way is possible under the circumstances, call forth the Referential Preferential You. It now, again, has substance; it now, again, has mass. Hand the situation over to that you — the you that was standing in that particular way, the you that was holding themselves in that particular way. The you that when interacting with other individuals maintained that resolve; maintained that joy.  The you that when moving through the polarity of your particular physical reality — negative and positive — simply chooses the positive, acknowledges the existence of the negative polarity, because that is one of the definitions of the reality, but chooses the positive. Hand that situation over that you were about, in that sense, to perform that was not according to your preference to the Referential Preferential You, and see, with the specifics of whatever the situation is, what that you does. Very, very, simple. When you do so, that you will surprise you, very many times, just as, perhaps, as we perform this particular set of actions, perhaps there were some nuances about that you that you had not anticipated.  That is what your imagination contains as a tool — the ability to bring forth these specifics and apply them to a specific situation. With this tool, you no longer need anyone else’s help. Now, this does not mean you cannot share, and this does not mean that, from time to time, you will, in that sense, enlist the assistance of other individuals, but you now have within you everything you need to proceed in any given situation if you will call forth, and embody, and empower that Preferred You.  At first, it may seem as a process, at first, it may seem that: “Well, my initial tendency is still the old approach.” But the more times that you — rather than acting from the old perspective — call forth the Referential Preferential You, and hand that over, the more times you will give yourself the opportunity to see that there is always, always, a positive choice. And it is always within you, obtainable by you at any time. If, when you hand the situation over to that Referential Preferential You, and see what that you does; if you then do that, you will get the result of being that you.  And the more you are willing to do so, and only allow your life to be that consciously performed, the more that the process will dissolve in terms of seeming like a process. You will begin to automatically, simply invoke and embody that you, without the seeming one step of removal. So therefore, this tool, if it does, initially, seem like a process, only does so because that is where you are now willing to insert a pause before you act according to non-preference. That pause, that willingness before acting, when you have a negative perspective, is all, all that is necessary to completely transform the face of your life.  For, it does not take very many positive actions in a row, that, then yield positive results, to build up enough of a positive momentum to seem to overwhelm the, quote/unquote: “old non-preferred negative momentum.” For it, again, it is not a matter of walking or running from the negative self, but by walking toward the positive self there is, automatically a distance from the negative experiential self. You will still be aware of negativity while you're on this reality, but that reality, in terms of the experience of the negativity, will be through someone else. “That's their story.” “My story, is the positive alternative to their story, which I validate, which is a reality, which has the right but is not my choice. I do not criticize it, I do not judge the other realities, I simply embody my own reality, as an alternative, as a statement to the universe, as a statement to myself, as a statement to those around me that this is possible, for it is.” This is how we live — and not because it is us, but, from our perspective, we find this most joyful — and wish to share it with you, for your ability to participate in this style of interchange proves beyond the shadow of a doubt, at least to us, that you are eminently capable of what we are sharing. Therefore, if you wish, you can put this tool back in the closet to gather dust, but you can, as well, call it forth any time. But, you will find, if you are willing to do so, you will no longer, after a period of timing, call it forth. You will simply embody it. It will be you and, as you look into your mirror after embodying these ideas of yourself, you will begin to see something very curious occurring. You will begin to see the physical you changing, and will, in that sense, allow that change, to whatever degree you will allow it, will see an alteration in your physical self.  This alteration, for the purposes of what I am sharing, may on the surface seem to be merely appearance, but it is far more than that. It is a literal redefining and reassigning of the value of your genetic health, as well, and, therefore, part and parcel of the transformative effect on your very genetic core as well. For, your body is a reflection of your consciousness. And, if you go along with the same sort of consciousness, your body maintains the same presentation. But when you alter that consciousness, specifically if you do so drastically, and across the board, there cannot be any other effect than that body, which is a reflection, which is a representation, to fall in step, to begin to em-body the ideas that you now are. You need not, in that sense, do so with what you call ‘anxiety’, and in that sense, your willingness to be who you say you wish to be, will simply automatically, result in this, but in its own timing. Notice the changes when they occur, when they do not simply move on. There will be periods that it may seem to be more accelerated, and other periods where it will be less accelerated. But this process can literally, entirely redefine your physical body — anywhere from three of your days to three of your years. It is up to you, and, in that sense, if you do not place a pressure upon yourself, and allow the presentation of the Preferred You — you cannot force it — then, things will, perhaps, happen a bit more quickly. But if you obsess with anxiety, you may slow down your own process.  The alteration of the physical body, in and of itself, is not really the point; it is an effect. It is a result in the changing of the consciousness. And this will, if you are willing to do this, take the form that, perhaps, up till now will seem drastic to your society. “Well, it's not possible.” many may say, but you will show them that not only is it possible, but, “Here I am.”  Therefore, in exchange for your willingness to redefine yourself, or, perhaps, restate yourself, if you're already happy with how you are, I thank you.  And, as well, understand, that one of the only Universal Constants is change itself. Therefore that is automatic and you need not force  anything to change. Perhaps the forcing has the effect of making things seem to stay the same, but your willingness to simply allow, and relax, and release your reality will then allow that reality to conform through the natural mechanism of change, which, again, is constant. Nothing need be forced. And, if you find yourself forcing, close your eyes, conjure up that you I assume that you would not force and will show you an alternative viewpoint, an alternative posture, an alternative point of view that will then give you one more choice, which, if you choose, will be the result of being that Preferred You.  Each time you mimic the Referential Preferential You, you are being  the Referential Preferential You, and then, simply, you will drop the designation Referential, and simply be the Preferential You, perhaps, then, a reference point for others who may wish such change.  In exchange for that willingness, I ask you now, how may I be of service to you?  Sharing!

21 - Relative Realities - BASHAR-ELAN I do not ask how you are, for I know you are all perfect. And what I mean by this idea is simply that in any given moment, you are a perfect reflection of who you are. Even if you do create the scenario that you are not being yourself, you are a most perfect reflection of that idea also. Therefore, allow us to begin this interaction, this evening of your time, with the following entitlement, if you wish, that being, “Relative Realities”. For in a very real sense to understand that each and every focus within a reality, each and every honing in, in any chosen experiential reality, does in fact only encompass a small portion of the overall spectrum of all reality. And therefore, there are certain, shall we say, qualities within a given reality, in that a focus within any reality will be somewhat narrow. And within and from within a given reality, only, shall we say, the center, colloquially speaking, of the bandwidth of that reality, seems most solid, seems most real. And as you do deviate from, shall we say, the center point of any given reality, your perception of realities that do again diverge from the center point of the one that you are experiencing, have a tendency to seem most ethereal, most ghost-like, most, in a sense, speaking about the night-time dream, dream-like. Your reality is focused in such a way where you do grant most of your validity, in your ability to grant validity to any portion of your reality, to the solid, to the physical. You do perceive what you do call your sleeping dream reality, your imagination reality, as ghost-like, ephemeral, ethereal, if you will. And therefore it seems to have, again, within your created focus, less substance. Within our reality, this is not so. Our, shall we say, solidity lies within being centered toward those ideas, imagination reality. Our sleeping reality, and our waking dream reality are one melded reality. When we do view your idea of reality, being that you grant most of, again, the validity to the material, the solid aspects, to us, that does seem most ghost-like, most dream-like. Therefore, in order for us to communicate, and in a sense, shall we say, the idea is, to perceive each other in a face-to-face manner, we must have middle ground. We have described to you many times that upon instituting, implementing the ideas of which we speak to you, you do begin to change your vibration, and in a sense, shall we say, accelerate that vibration to a point that will allow you to meet us on common ground. Therefore, we will give you one other continued, shall we say, pointer, to facilitate your creating of your reality at a more accelerated level. In a sense, you have heard some of these ideas before, but again, each and every time we do present a concept to you, it is anew, and can be viewed as such, because you are never the person you were but a moment ago. You are always recreating yourself in each and every given moment. Therefore, the idea will simply be this: by granting validity to your imagination as a real reality, not, shall we say, a fabricated part of this real reality that you are experiencing, but as real a reality, by granting validity to your imagination reality and your sleeping dream reality, you do swing the center point of your focus much more toward the idea of our perspective. In a sense, you then, very literally, rarify yourself to a greater degree. That does allow us to have that middle ground, for that swings you into the part of our reality that seems less ghost-like to us. We do have the ability, as we have shared from time to time, to, through our technology, technological advances, densify our vibration to meet you. But, shall we say, this can be a bit uncomfortable for us, and therefore, by allowing you to meet us halfway, we can find the most comfortable ground in order to participate in interactions of a face-to-face nature with you. So, again, that idea of validation seems to crop up within our discussions, for it has many far-reaching, many, many far-reaching advantages. And, by learning to validate, you can validate anything within your reality. So, the focus of the speaking of this evening will be to point yourself toward beginning to realize that your imagination is real. Your sleeping dream reality is real. And, simply, by acting as though it is real, allowing it to give you information that is useful and not just fantasy, you raise your vibration. Because, by acting that way, again, acting that way, you raise your vibration in the manner we have spoken. And, this allows us, again, to find middle ground. Therefore, pay special attention to your night dreams from this point forward. And, you will find, by validating what you bring back, not simply analyzing them as aspects of your personality, that, or, shall we say, meanderings of your subconscious mind, you will allow yourself to glean ideas that will become useful in your waking dream reality. Usable in your waking dream reality. Many times, within your society, there is a concern expressed by many of you about the idea of remembering your dreams. That is not the idea of which we speak. For, as you do act within the idea of your excitement on a day-to-day, moment-to-moment level, any ideas that have been imparted to you within the sleeping dream reality will reveal themselves within the waking dream reality. But, the idea is, again, one of your explorations of the way you have created your particular focus is timing. Therefore, validate your timing. Trust in your timing. If something is not coming as quick as you would like, trust that idea. Trust that it is not the most beneficial timing. For, you create perfect timing. Even if you create, shall we say, aggravation and upset about that perfect timing, it is still perfect. And, by granting yourself the ability to realize it is perfect, you can skip those steps of self-aggravation. Therefore, again, this also applies to your day-to-day reality. You will always have full abundance. What you need, when you need it. You will also always have what you want. But, the idea is, you may not want to place the idea of having what you want when you want it. That is not trusting in timing. That is demanding that a reality must come in a particular way. A very rigidizing process, which very much and very many times is the reason for it being pushed further ahead. That concentration. Therefore, relax. Allow your timing to become apparent. Allow yourself to recognize, when something doesn't come when you want it, that it is your perfect creation of your timing. And, remember again this idea. You get, if you will allow yourself to create this reality, anything you want. Simply not always when you feel, within the limited spectrum of your focus, that you must have it. But, every time, every time, invariably, you will find when it comes, it is far more, shall we say, perfect-seeming, than it would have been when you wanted it. You will not be disappointed. One other idea about timing. Very often, the things that you feel you do want now, you are not, shall we say, ready for, in the way you create processes, in needing to be ready and have certain background for these ideas. So simply recognize if it is not coming, there are certain things that will happen prior, as you create time, that will enable you to enjoy that thing you want most fully. That will enable you to have that thing that you want, and be perfectly prepared to enjoy it most fully. Even if you cannot picture this now, it is so. And simply, impatience, or the idea of impatience, is not living in the now. Is not focusing on the fact that the now is bringing you what you want, now that you realize, and again, this is key, that you deserve anything you want. Prior to that notion, you held many things away from yourself because you did not feel you deserved it. You now know better. And you can trust in your timing, because you do deserve it. And it will come, if you allow it. Do not block it's coming, or push away it's coming to a later date, by insisting it must come now. What is available to you now, is what is perfect to be available to you now. Look at that. That is why it is there. That is trusting in your timing, trusting in your creatorhood. As you have created yourself to have levels, recognize and realize on some level, you do know what you're doing. Therefore, we, in appreciation for allowing us to drink from the crucible of your consciousness, all that you are, allowing us to share and blend our ideas with your ideas, which create a third entity, a third idea. 13 - We Are Your Equals - BASHAR-ELAN (previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this evening of your time as you create time to exist? [Very Well! Perfect! Great!] Before we begin this interaction this evening of your time, we give you a reminder. Although we have said in the past we are extraterrestrial in nature, what this does not mean is that we are in any way, shape, or form better than you. From our perspective, we are all equal, equal in the eyes of All That Is, and on equal ground. Maybe that our focus is a bit, shall we say, more expanded than yours, but for no other reason other than you have chosen that more focused state of existence. Therefore, there is no qualitative difference in our existence versus your existence. We have told you this many times before for very specific reasons. Primarily, it is that you have expressed an interest and excitement of the idea of coming face to face with our civilization. With our respective civilization. We submit to you that this can and shall take place. Not that it has to, does not. It is not a goal of ours. Although we do expect such to happen, we will not be disappointed if it does not. However, one of the ideas we wish to again share with you is that although we do view you as equal, equal in validity, you, in a sense, speaking consensually of your energy, do not hold us as equal to you. What we have witnessed and observed within your society is a penchant or a propensity from your end, to create an inequality. The form that this inequality does take is your view that we are better than you, more advanced than you are. Although, again, our consciousness is less focused and, in a sense, more expanded, this is only ‘quantity’ and not in any way, shape or form ‘quality’. Therefore, all levels of existence, all levels of being, all states and planes of mind are equal. We are very really equal to you. And paradoxically, when you are able to see this fact, then we will meet face to face. But until such a time, and while you are viewing us as better than you, you do prevent such an interaction. For we do not desire the type of communication with your civilization that places us up on what you call ‘a pedestal’. Do not wish to be worshipped. Do not wish to, in any way, shape or form, take your power away. Simply that we do desire for you, as we have seen a propensity toward in your society during this transformational age, to take back your power so that when we do interact with you face to face, we will not be your savior. For you do not need saving. You are not drowning from our perspective. Therefore, again, you may wish to begin to view the idea of your equality to us.  And, in action, how this will take place is your willingness to answer, as you say, your own questions. It is very much our joy to share with you, within these interactions, the sharing back and forth of information. You asking questions, us answering them, us gleaning information from you. However, we submit that many of the concepts that you do ask us are within your conscious awareness. You do have the answers and do not need an outer validation of these answers. Therefore, the more you are willing to allow yourself to answer your own questions, the closer we do become to being able to interact with you in a more physiologically blatant manner. When again this interaction does take place, if it does, it will not be you asking questions, us teaching you. It will be far more of the idea of sharing, a sharing of information. You sharing your experiences with us, us sharing ours with you. This allowing both of our respective civilizations to learn that much more about All That Is. That much more about what is capable within All That Is. The similarities in our society as well as what you call difference, for you learn by both. Realize again, one of the strongest similarities between your civilization and our civilization is the fact that we are all on equal ground. Also, a side note, again, which we have spoken to you from time to time about, is the idea of your viewpoint that being spiritual is somewhat of a denial of the physical. This again presupposes an inequality which does not empirically exist, for there is nothing any less spiritual about physicality. You have in many of the religions and practices upon your planet stated that in order to achieve a state of spirituality, a state closer to that of your natural spirit, did entail the deprivation of many of your sensual pleasures, many of your sensual experiences. And deprivation has become a very popular manner in your planet for achieving spirituality. It is not that it is not a valid path. It is. It is one of the many ways you may choose to recognize your spirituality. However, what we wish to point out to you is this idea: There is nothing any less spiritual about being physical. You have indeed chosen to be physical, not necessarily to negate that you are physical, but to appreciate that viewpoint within integrity. That being, again, using your excitement to determine your actions, for that is your own specified way of determining your particular purposes. That is why an idea will excite you and not another. That is what lets you know that, in any given situation, the thing which does excite you is most you. So again, we submit to you that you do act upon that which does excite you within the ideas we have discussed of integrity, not the moralistic sense of integrity that you are used to upon your planet, but the idea of the recognition of integration, the recognition that because everything is all one thing, there is no need to separate out ideas from yourself. If, in fact, you do not prefer an idea, does not make that idea any less equal to the idea you do prefer. Again, equality of all ideas, of all states of being. By allowing yourself to grant validity to viewpoints that you do not agree with, equalizes that idea to that of your idea. And then, when choosing ideas, shall we say, makes it a bit easier to choose that which you prefer. For choosing from equal ideas gives you equal potential to choose any idea. By invalidating a viewpoint or an idea, rather than simply recognizing that you do not prefer it, and still granting it validity, you do in a sense unequalize that idea, many times doing the opposite of what you do choose to do. That being that you unequalize it, giving it more strength, more power, more ability to manifest in your reality. Therefore, by granting it equality, validity, “I see what you are saying.” This is a very valid point. However, “I do not prefer that point. I still do grant it validity.” You allow ideas to become equalized. In the equalization of these ideas, again, you do then give yourself, shall we say, the best amount of choices to choose from, and therefore easily manifesting the reality you do prefer and desire. Therefore, the idea of equality that we are speaking of is equality between yourself and all others, your civilization and our civilization, your viewpoint and the viewpoint of others. Is this translating adequately into your language so far? [Yes.] Thank you very much. 53 - Equal Explorations - ELAN-BASHAR (previously unreleased) Alright, I'll say, how are you all this evening of your time as you create time to exist? [Wonderful. Wonderful.] Are you all alive? [Yes] Well, thank you very much. We will begin this interaction this evening of your time with the entitlement: “Equal Explorations”. Allow us to explain. When individuals begin to explore other aspects of their consciousness, aspects other than your typical day-to-day, shall we say, representation of their consciousness, the notion arises that there is a spiritual aspect to your being that, in a sense, as you expand, you achieve and strive for, and that this is a higher level of beingness and you are now down upon a lower level. Perhaps in the aspect of expansion and narrowly focused consciousness there is a difference. However, from the overall perspective of God, or what we prefer to call All That Is, all of these particular explorations are equal in value. There is a great deal of advantage to understanding this idea. The notion does arise that one must deny physicality and achieve spirituality. Allow us to explain the paradox and the irony in this type of thinking. Physicality is an expression of spirituality. It is an equal exploration of consciousness as the more expanded version of spirituality is. Because you have chosen to be physical, there is still the idea of expanding into a more spiritual awareness, but you have chosen the physical exploration for specific reasons. There are specific advantages in physicality. So, therefore, if you will begin to equalize and validate equally your physicality to your spirituality, you can begin to allow your physicality to express that spirituality and need not deny the very physicality that you have chosen. Perhaps you do not remember choosing it, but you did. The idea of equality gives you equal access to all things. When you invalidate an idea, paradoxically, you do not give it less weight, you give it more weight. You place attention upon it and this actually increases its weight. When you equalize all ideas, you truly have equal access to them. This will allow you to understand that although you may establish your preference in any given situation, in any given relationship, or any given event, you need not proceed to invalidate the thing you do not prefer. The process of labeling and establishing your preference is part of self-discovery. The idea of saying that “this is me” and “this is not” is part of the process of self-expansion, self-definition, and is, in fact, the discernment that allows you to see who you are. The process of determining “this is me and this is not, therefore this stinks”, is judgment, is invalidation. As we have just mentioned, invalidation gives more weight, not less weight, to an idea. It holds it, so to speak, in check. So therefore, extrapolating this idea you can begin to use all ideas, even the ideas you do not prefer. If they have entered your awareness, they can serve you as well. Perhaps it will be simply the notion that the fact that you do not prefer it allows you to define yourself, and that is a service. Perhaps although you do not prefer many portions of it, there will be some minute aspects of it that is directly applicable to you. So, if you will begin to expand your vision and validate everything, this does not mean you need to condone something you do not prefer, but at least validate it as a valid expression of reality, you can begin to use all your creations in a conscious way. You have heard the notion and the idea that you create your own reality, and very often individuals will use the idea that “I could not have possibly created it, otherwise why would I have created that and this and that.” But the idea is when you say that, you do not give yourself the opportunity to see how even those things serve you, for everything does. And when you begin to allow all your creations to serve you and begin to continue to create consciously according to preference, not invalidating that which you do not prefer, the momentum of the non-preferential experiences in your life slows down and is replaced, in fact, by the momentum of the preferential experiential reality. Therefore, begin to entertain, if you wish, the notion of validating all realities. If they do not apply to you, you need not in that sense continue to interact with them, but at least be willing to validate them. When you begin to expand your consciousness, you will only do so by using what you've already created, not invalidating it. By expressing your spirituality through the physical, you will use that creation and therefore allow yourself to expand. By denying your physicality, the result is holding yourself in that very physicality. As you expand to the next phase of physical awareness, what we label ‘fourth density’, things begin to loosen up a bit. When you enter fourth, so to speak, you will not do so strumming your forehead and saying, “Whoo! Thank goodness I've gotten out of third!” That is an invalidation of the third. What in fact occurs is you have complete gratitude for what you had chosen to experience and learned in third and, in fact, also bring along the recognition that you needed that very experience in order to be in fourth, and therefore it is part of the experience of fourth. When you begin to entertain this viewpoint, you begin to glean positive service from things in your life which you have up till now considered extraneous. The idea is there are no pointless or extraneous creations by definition. If it exists, it exists. If you label it extraneous, you will create an effect that will not allow you to glean from it, but if you will at least acknowledge that it fits and has a purpose, you expand your vision to see what that purpose is. You give yourself at least the option to see the positive purpose. And once you have gleaned it, the symbol transforms. All any symbol in your reality is, anyway, is a representation or a reflection of an idea. Once you get the message of any symbol that you have created, it transforms. Where things seem to repeat and seem to stay the same is where, in fact, you do not allow this to occur and you do not glean from it. It comes back again, seemingly in a similar form saying, “Please listen, I have a message”. If you ignore that message, it comes back again. This is also a seemingness, it is never truly a repeat, but from your perspective we understand the apparency of the repetition. So you can begin in your reality with things that seem to repeat, which seem to be negative, if you give them the same label — generally an invalidational label — you will achieve the same effect of it seeming to repeat. If you say, “alright, alright, alright, I've called this particular negative reality enough. It keeps coming back.” Obviously, that's not the message and begin to look at how it serves you exactly as it is. You will find very many times immediately that you can find how it has been of service to you. And when you do glean the reason for any symbol, it transforms. As you begin to transform, one at a time, your non-preferential symbols and begin to generate consciously preferential ones, your experience of your life seems to change to only include positive experience. Allow us to also mention that as your consciousness expands, your awareness expands. Since you are in a physical reality exploring polarity positive and negative, your awareness of positivity will expand, but, by definition, so will your awareness of negativity. But this is far different, your awareness of a particular idea and your experience of it. Therefore, when you begin to proceed in positive action, though you may be aware of some residual negativity, you will only experience the positivity and the seeming negativity will be occurring to others perhaps around you. You will be aware of it but not experience it directly. It is simple. All it requires is that you begin to use all your creations. You created it all. You also create the notion of an unconscious awareness and some of the things you create were created from unconscious beliefs. But once you begin to look at these creations and glean positivity from them, you make it conscious. You allow it to deliver its message, and you allow it to transform. You cannot get rid of negativity. You cannot get rid of anything. You are the entire universe and there is simply no outside. Therefore, where will you get rid of it too? The idea is that you can integrate it and transform it by changing your relationship to it and your interpretation of it. Again, when you provide something with the same label it seems to have the same effect. When you begin to look at the positive reason that you created it, you get a whole different effect. A positive effect. This also applies to emotions. In the prism that you are breaking down the white light of infinite creation into each individual that you are, that prism is composed of three sides. Belief systems, emotions, and thought. Belief systems establish, shall we say, the blueprint. Emotions are a result of your beliefs and your thought patterns are a result of your emotions and beliefs. Therefore, anytime you experience any emotion, it always ties directly back to a belief. This is quite an empowering notion for it enables you to, shall we say, make a little bit more sense out of what you label ‘negative emotionality’. For you can simply ask yourself, what must I believe to be feeling this? And if at that point you will allow yourself to be honest with yourself and glean the beliefs that you hold, then you can change the ones you do not prefer. But you can only change beliefs if you first acknowledge them, if you first own them. So therefore, the first step will be bringing it from your unconscious awareness to the conscious and you can utilize your negative events, negative emotionality to key you in to beliefs. As we have recently shared, the idea is your liabilities become your greatest assets and your greatest opportunities for growth. Therefore, equalizing all your explorations gives you back your power and your equal access to choose the thing that you truly prefer. At this timing, allow us to share that what is occurring before you is a blended energy. Bashar, the designation which some of you are familiar with, is one aspect of the blending. Another aspect of the blending is another individual, contemporary to Bashar, and we have chosen the referential name Elan. Therefore, as we proceed to the sharing, the interaction between us, you may refer to this energy before you as either. It is up to you. Allow us to thank you for your willingness to begin to explore many of the aspects of your consciousness that you have kept, shall we say, under the surface. This can be an exciting exploration for you all and again, your willingness to equalize ideas will accelerate it greatly and you may find you will go very fast in the direction you say you prefer.
