"I am a person who creates the conducive atmosphere to fully express myself" - when I read that quote I felt really scared, as if it was the most awful shameful thing I could ever possibly claim myself to be - so I have now interpreted that to mean that have a giant negative belief that are really looking forward to be transformed into something of my preference, and I'm now choosing "I am a person who creates the conducive atmosphere to fully express myself" as my new vibration 😃 Thank you for this wonderful present, and keep posting 🫂🙏💝

What I get from this is: "It's never something that happened in the past that causes you pain here and now, only something you are resisting in this moment." I'm thinking meditating while repeating the mantra "What am I resisting?" is useful. Thank you for posting 💃

I appreciate the elaboration, thank you. Part of the issue is when it (them) comes up they are SO PAINFUL that I feel like I can't handle it - I sort of panic, and hurry up and find something to focus on to lower the pain - but as you write this only "works"as a temporary "solution", since it will come back stronger next time - I've in a way "perpetuated" a looping cycle I don't seem to get out of - but not really, because as you have written I can easily "end the loop" by providing it with a positive meaning. I guess the best way is that I consciously choose to activate the memory being prepared to give it a positive meaning (so that it doesn't catch me off guard while I'm in the middle of something else). But I do, however, feel reluctant to do this, as if I do not want to give this kind of situations or occurrences a positive meaning at all - I don't want to acknowledge that something like that can ever happen at all. But as I am typing this, it do sound like judgement...so I guess I'll just consciously recall the memory and decide to give it a positive meaning, and go right ahead in a boldly manner and do just that!

I don't understand how someone can keep living in this amount of pain, still waking up inside the body each morning, or what's the point of that, to be completely honest (there are other hallways...). Anyways, jumping right to it, choosing that truth as new truth, deciding this sticks in a way that exchanges pain for joy. Thank you.

I can understand that going from the realization that you exist within a reality to the realization that reality exists within you, makes a lot of difference. The first one feels less lonely, though...but adding the knowing that you are whole and complete on your own makes the second one feel okay too. I do perceive, though, that "I am always capable of changing anything that I don't prefer to something I prefer", (the "I can change anything that I don't prefer to something that I can prefer", but with a few adjustments ) feels immensely powerful - instantly! And I'll definitely try on "this is happening for a good reason" and "how is this serving me exactly the way that it is?", and see how well they fit me. I do wonder something though...positive is integrating and negative is segregating...so to keep your individual identity you do need SOME negative beliefs or truths...so does this mean to just have an OVERALL UNDERSTANDING that everyone and everything is really ONE thing and ONE experience, but still expressing yourself as a single individual? Like, if you feel that someone (or plural) keeps bothering you - you should tell them off right, and not just go within and check your beliefs? - And the same if you perceive someone is stepping over your boundaries? I'm looking forward to have your perspective on this. Thank you 🙏

Are you aware of what beliefs you swapped (what belief you stopped declaring as your truth and what belief you started to declare as your truth instead)? Or was it the realization that someone (or Elan specifically) supported your truth, or maybe that you started telling yourself a new story about who you are ("I am a teacher of authenticity")?
