When being in your body is painful "all the time", where do you start for it no longer to be like this (from this moment on feel good to be in your body instead)? Thank you ♥️
Dear Cat... it is important to understand that even though the body may be in pain, and this will happen for a variety of reasons and can be short term (a broken bone) or long term, the key is that there is no need to 'suffer'. Yes, there can be pain, but suffering only occurs in our thoughts and the story we build around the pain or the event that caused it.
It is also important not to wish it to be other than it is. That is being in resistance and arguing with 'what is'.
And, it is very important to not beat yourself up, so to speak, if you are experiencing pain. Your pain will not affect your ability to raise your vibrational frequency or to Ascend ... unless you let it. Many of the great Enlightened Masters that have walked this earth had great pain in their bodies, but they did not suffer. Yogananda is a wonderful example. His feet were so excruciatingly painful that he could not walk on them, so when out in public he would levitate so that his followers would not know the great pain that his body was in. But HE was not in pain, he was quite joyful! There are so many examples like this.
For many decades I have had pain of varying degrees in this lovely body every day (from old surgeries and accidents), and it has absolutely no effect on my happiness or joy. In fact, I find the pain great confirmation that the body is still alive and still able to play in this amazing human experience! 😂 What a gift! 👍
I feel that if you can embrace the experience of the pain, and it is only an experience, you may be guided to information and methods that may help you to lessen or resolve it entirely. But while you have it, don't resist the experience for there may be a great, yet unknown gift in having this experience of intractable pain for you.
Self-Love includes loving ourselves even while in pain.
