When being in your body is painful "all the time", where do you start for it no longer to be like this (from this moment on feel good to be in your body instead)? Thank you ♥️
Dear Cat... it is important to understand that even though the body may be in pain, and this will happen for a variety of reasons and can be short term (a broken bone) or long term, the key is that there is no need to 'suffer'. Yes, there can be pain, but suffering only occurs in our thoughts and the story we build around the pain or the event that caused it.
It is also important not to wish it to be other than it is. That is being in resistance and arguing with 'what is'.
And, it is very important to not beat yourself up, so to speak, if you are experiencing pain. Your pain will not affect your ability to raise your vibrational frequency or to Ascend ... unless you let it. Many of the great Enlightened Masters that have walked this earth had great pain in their bodies, but they did not suffer. Yogananda is a wonderful example. His feet were so excruciatingly painful that he could not walk on them, so when out in public he would levitate so that his followers would not know the great pain that his body was in. But HE was not in pain, he was quite joyful! There are so many examples like this.
For many decades I have had pain of varying degrees in this lovely body every day (from old surgeries and accidents), and it has absolutely no effect on my happiness or joy. In fact, I find the pain great confirmation that the body is still alive and still able to play in this amazing human experience! 😂 What a gift! 👍
I feel that if you can embrace the experience of the pain, and it is only an experience, you may be guided to information and methods that may help you to lessen or resolve it entirely. But while you have it, don't resist the experience for there may be a great, yet unknown gift in having this experience of intractable pain for you.
Self-Love includes loving ourselves even while in pain.
First understand, that from a mechanics standpoint, you are not in your body. Your body is in your consciousness, therefore from a place of neutrality, observe the pain. Don't identify with it. The pain is not you - the pain however, is your creation and when you resist it, or put a negative meaning on it, it sticks around. If you are focusing on the pain, you can only get more pain. So, all pain is resistance to the natural self. You are whole and perfect and deserve to feel that way. Pain/disease are symbols that have come to let you know you are out of alignment, because you are holding on to a belief about yourself that is not true. As a suggestion, why not ask, "what has this pain allowed me to know about myself" and "what is it teaching me". Find out how having the pain has served you and by acknowledging that it is there for a reason, you can transform it. The symbol only sticks around when you are not looking as to why you may have created it (unconsciously). So go lovingly within and you will find why it is there - how it has served you and what you prefer going forward. If this resonates, why not look at it and if not, you will find your truth. Love and blessings.
I don't understand how someone can keep living in this amount of pain, still waking up inside the body each morning, or what's the point of that, to be completely honest (there are other hallways...).
Anyways, jumping right to it, choosing that truth as new truth, deciding this sticks in a way that exchanges pain for joy. Thank you.
