The recognition that everything is all one thing brings with it the implicit understanding of the integrated property of ... well ... everything. There's simply nothing "outside" of the one intgrated whole, it is a singular expression in its primary state of being, which is simply "Existence" itself. Integrity, as Elan defines it, is the recognition of the integration of all things, and always only acting that way. Therefore, yes, everything is an extension of you, and you, of it. Acting that way always automatically affords the same respect you would give, in this 3rd density, a body part, a beloved family member, or anythng that you already hold dear and sacred.

Elan always mentions excitement and integrity as a package deal. While the excitement is the personal discernment compass, the integrity is the guiding principle to always be expressing that authentic self with an utterly positive outflow, and therefore, always getting back a postitive outome and result. ✨💖
