sense every perspective is valid, what should I do if another person's perspective is that my perspective is so different from theirs that I need to be attacked or if there are two completely contrary opinions about the way a very specific situation should be handled how do you validate both perspectives when only one can be acted out?

Understanding that if you are feeling "attacked" and personalising it, you may want to look at what beliefs you may still be holding onto that have created this experience. Remember, this i is your reality and all others are extentions of your consciousness. One thing I learned along my journey, is that all truths are valid, and I am only sharing my perspective, which is not more or less valid, then theirs. And I also recognized that "others" simply need to be heard and akcnowledged. Holding both views as valid, may allow a more seamless experience, for you.
You cannot change anyone else's beliefs, but can allow them to exist alongside yours. As far as action, you have your beautiful inner guidance system for that. You ultimately follow your truth, and one day, you will notice more alignment from that person/people. It is their fears that they are working on. It's a tough "soup" we are in, but it's all valid experiences, to learn more about yourself. Much love on your journey.
